Stanislav Kulisek Renovations Ltd.

Stan did a full renovation of our condo unit this summer and we’re extremely happy with the results. From beginning to end, it was very easy to work with Stan. Before the renovation began, he was engaged in making sure that all the changes we wanted were captured and he outlined the costs in detail before starting. During the renovation process we moved out, so Stan provided regular updates on how the job was progressing. Any changes to the original plan (either that we requested or that he needed to make) were discussed thoroughly beforehand. And even though we weren’t living there, he kept the site very tidy. Overall, our renovation was completed on time and on budget. The final result was incredible and we’re very thankful we chose Stan. I highly recommend him for any renovation project. Thanks Stan!

I have used Stan and his team for multiple projects over the years. He just completed a renovation of our kitchen, vanity bathroom, main floor tiling and popcorn ceiling removal. Stan delivers quality work and is a craftsman. He communicates well and avoids surprises; I entrust him to do the right thing. Stan coordinates well with all the trades needed to bring the project together. He never minds when I ask detailed questions about the work being performed. I wouldn't have done this project with anyone else.

We recently hired Stan for our home project, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. Stan was not only skilled but also incredibly professional and easy to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way and ensured that everything was completed on time and within budget. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for top-notch craftsmanship and excellent service.

We had Stan manage and execute a whole home (1st and 2nd floors) renovation during the pandemic, working alongside Sandra from Saska Design. We weren't quite sure what to expect given all the horror stories about labour, building supplies and appliance shortages, but we had our project completed when anticipated, with very little variance in terms of supplies and product delivery, thanks to the advice and support provided by Stan and Sandra (Saska Design). One of the things that convinced us to go with Stan, was his commitment to after-project service. Since completion, Stan has come back several times, to address minor deficiencies and issues, and most recently spent a few days at the house, completing some remaining issues even though our project completed back in 2022. Most issues were minor (nail pops, etc), but there was an issue with tiles in our shower floor, which unbeknownst to all, were not really suitable for this type of application. After assessing various options, and in consultation with us and the tile store, Stan decided to completely repair the base, not wanting to have the issue recur, and further inconvenience his customers (Shout out to the XL Stone Team as well!). Such is his commitment to "making it right" and not leaving customers high and dry once the project has completed. We would recommend Stan (and Sandra) for your next home reno project - whether it is small, or whole home like ours - if you are concerned about more than just getting the project done, but also concerned about ensuring those small "post-project" deficiencies are addressed with professionalism and a smile! Thanks Stan and Sandra once again!

We have used Stan before so he was our immediate go-to guy when we decided we wanted our powder room completely redone. I knew it was a small job, but Stan was able to fit us in to his busy schedule, and in 6 days he completely transformed our PR. He promised it would be done before Christmas and he was done 6 days before! My wife was very specific with the design, and Stan came through and thrilled us both. I look forward to having him back and working on another project in the new year! We highly recommend Stan!

I hired Stan for a tub/shower addition to a powder room in my bsmt. He listened to my ideas/recommendations and tuned them into a beautiful full bathroom. He was easy to communicate with, keep me updated with next steps and was respectful of my home., and time. I would highly recommend him.

Stan and his team just completed our main floor renovation and it was a pleasure to work with them. Stan was a joy to work with. He is a great contractor that takes pride in his work and does not stop until we were completely satisfied. He respected our budget and we are so pleased with the outcome. We would like to thank Stan for making this renovation go smoothly and on time with exceptional quality.

We recently used Stan for two bathroom renovations. The process of using Stanislav Renovations was great from start to end. The renovations were completed on the estimated time frame Stan quoted us on, and there were very few hiccups along the way. I appreciated the detailed quote and the thoroughness of Stan in fielding any questions prior to signing with him. Upon start date and throughout the renovation Stan was very good at ensuring trades were scheduled to minimize any delays. He always cleaned up at the end of the day and did his best to ensure we could use as much of the house as possible. As with any renovation, things are never perfect, but Stan always ensured that we were happy and rectified any minor issues that came up. He was also very transparent on additional costs that may arise and ensured that we were on board before moving forward with any decision. In addition, his wife and designer, Sandra, was such an asset to have. She turned our vision into a reality and was extremely helpful in sourcing all items and narrowing down decisions for us making, the entire process seamless.

Professional work. Attention to detail. Strong time management. Polite workforce. Effectively managed all aspects of the project from beginning to end. Bringing us in as needed to ensure alignment on any modifications or suggestions. Quick to come up with recommendations to ensure we got the quality we wanted with the high end look we wanted. Great guy to work with and highly recommend Stan for any renovation project.

Stan has done a wonderful job each time they have done work on our home. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Stan for bathroom and kitchen Reno.

S Kulisek Renovations Ltd. (SKR) renovated our upstairs (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, master bath and master bedroom) along with our laundry room this past summer (pandemic summer 2021). Focus of the project was on timely completion, budget adherence and quality finishing. Stan and his associates worked diligently to deliver on our expectations while enabling us and our 2 children to live in the home while the work was completed in 2 phases. Stan communicates well, manages his trades to a tight schedule, and tries to move the project along with haste, with a goal to completing it on time and on budget if at all possible. He also focuses on trying keep the job site neat and tidy, acknowledging that while it is a worksite, it is also in fact still a “home” for those living there at the end of each day, which is most appreciated. Stan will work tirelessly to complete your project as you desire it to be, and certainly did so in our case. We would highly recommend SKR and team, and look forward to our Phase II which we are undertaking with them this coming winter.

We have used Stan for two renovation projects- on the most recent project Stan did a great job working with us to outline the scope of the work. He started when promised and brought a highly skilled group of trades to the work. We trust his judgment and value his work. He listens to his client and makes sure we are happy with the results. He stands behind his work and even 2 years after our first Reno he came back to address small issues. I would highly recommend his services and we would not hesitate to work with him again!
