Hello! We used Steelhead for numerous little jobs inside my parents' top floor condo of our commercial building in Kits.... and at the same time they were asked to re-do the awfully rotted deck sections of the exterior deck, and recoat it! They did an AWESOME job of removing and then taking pictures of every step so we, the interested/nosy owners, could see what was going on! They replaced huge rotted sections, and finally finished off with a painted epoxy-like coating on the deck surface....that looks GREAT! AND: they had to remove the glass railings...and replace the flashing: it was a small but really complicated job with all the components involved...and there were no disasters! During this time they were in and out of my parents' home doing really small fiddly stuff like replacing cabinet door hinges...tub taps...etc! They painted the entire wall up with the coating and sealed the deck so it all looks nice and continuous in color and surface...and they even did an extra bit of work to show us what a new color would look like on the wall below! Larry was superb: always following up and Brad and one of the other interior guys dealt with my parents' numerous requests in a diplomatic and timely manner! There was never any attitude....it was a real pleasure working with them! The always cleaned up and they left each day with worksite as clean as it needed to be for the job being done. And Heather at the office was always prompt in re-sending quotes or revising and item that had been changed, or removed, etc. Larry even came back a few months later to review the job area I had a few questions about, and all is still superb on our new deck!! They finally sealed it for my parents 15 years after someone else installed it and never properly sealed it... Overall: we will use them again on our next job at this building, and our other properties too...we really trust them, which is tough to do now days with so many new companies out there!!

I have worked with Steelhead Contracting on various minor projects for some of my facilities as well as this recent renovation to one of our branches. They work quickly and efficiently. They were very flexible in scheduling and understanding that we were open for business while renovations were to proceed. I would definitely hire them again.
