We feel fortunate we selected Wayne St Germain for our large screen porch project. We are extremely happy with the results. What first attracted us are Wayne’s impressive credentials. Besides his design skills, he has an impressive background in structural engineering. We have a complicated roof line and Wayne tackled it beautifully integrating the porch to the rest of the house making it look natural instead of an add on. His professionalism throughout the job was outstanding. He kept us informed through every step giving us total confidence. He is meticulous with every measurement, knows and follows every building code. He arrived promptly every morning and is a tireless worker and expert craftsman. He strives for perfection and is cheerful while doing it. He always treated our property with respect. He is easy to talk to and explains things in layman’s terms. The project took about six weeks. Everything went smoothly with no surprises. Now we have a beautiful screen porch. We highly recommend Wayne. You won’t regret it.

We are very happy with the work completed by Wayne and his team. The job was completed on time, and on budget. His team moved an outdated bathroom, not connected to our bedroom. By making that change, we not only have a main bathroom connected to our bedroom, we also have a room we're using as a library currently. If we sell, that room is now a legitimate 4th bedroom. My husband and I decided to renovate our condo and chose StG Services based upon the extensive renovations they did at a friend’s home. Upon meeting Wayne, going over an ever growing wish list, being reassured it will be done correctly and to code, we had no doubt that we chose the right team. Wayne and his group of merry workers listened to our concerns, provided valuable insight and suggestions, and gave us exactly what we asked for and more. For 6 1/2 weeks, they showed up ready to work! We appreciate the team for keeping to their timeline, providing a daily/weekly update, and in the end giving us quality work. It’s obvious they take pride in what they do. We would not trust our home to any other group! StG was fantastic. They renovated our entire kitchen. From measurement, through subcontractor selection, to the final punch list, they were great. We would recommend them to anyone. Their price was very good, but more importantly, their timeliness, communication, and craftsmanship was excellent. They showed up when promised, were so considerate about the logistics, and were friendly and informative. We hired them for more work before the kitchen project was even done, because we trust them. Hard to believe I am writing this, but we actually enjoyed our kitchen remodel (and bonus flooring job) because of them.

We were new to the area and looking to finish the basement of our newly purchased condo. We wanted a high quality job in a fairly short period of time. We hired Wayne and StG because we felt they could meet our objectives, which they did extremely effectively. The work was completed on budget, on time, with no surprises. Wayne, his team and his subs were pleasant and professional. We are extremely happy with their ability to deliver a high quality job on time and on budget. Wayne and his team provided us very good service for our project. The quote was closely aligned to the final price of the home project. He and his team members were highly communicative regarding project deadlines and design questions that came up along the way. He was able to coordinate all the moving parts in order to keep the project on time and we are very pleased with the finished work.

Wayne and his wonderful team removed a load bearing wall in our house and installed a flush mount beam. We met with several contractors and although Wayne's price wasn't the lowest he was the most thorough during the initial visit and we felt very comfortable that he would do a great job. The whole experience was phenomenal, he was so great to work with and let us know what was going on each day. The end result was better than we expected, we have an unusual ceiling but they matched it up quite well and they really went above and beyond to do a great job. We look forward to hiring Wayne again for some bigger projects in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend StG Services to any of our friends & family looking for a great contractor.

I hired StG Services to do a down-to-the-studs reno of my 1930 master bathroom in my Cape. I had interviewed several contractors and Wayne was the only one who brought his electrician and plumber to the house to look things over PRIOR to submitting his quote. His was not the cheapest but I liked how thorough he was during the quote process. His subcontractors were all first-rate and I especially appreciated that his plumber had a lot of experience working on older houses. The project was completed mostly on-time, one schedule slip due to my wanting different shower shelves. Communication was good and Wayne was always prompt in answering any questions/concerns. I would definitely use StG again

We had some much needed updates and maintenance done to our home that we purchased new back in 1990. I looked at a couple of home improvement sites and quickly noticed StG had wonderful reviews everywhere I looked. I reached out to them and Wayne, the owner, got back to me within a day and we set up a time for him to come over. He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and got back to us with a plan as well as multiple pricing options to give us a few options for the work we needed done. We chose the option that was the best fit for us and hired them for the project, what a great decision that turned out to be! Wayne took care of everything for us including ordering all of the items and having them delivered to our home. He and his partner showed up exactly when they said they would and were very professional & friendly, we couldn't believe how quickly everything came together. My husband added a couple of extra items to the list, as well as some things needed more work than we had expected once they removed doors from our home. Everything was completely removed and rebuilt as needed, at the end of each day everything was cleaned up with no mess left behind. Wayne & StG Services deserve every 5 star rating they have received, if we need anything else done they will be the ones we call!!!

After evaluating a few contractors, we went with StG Services to renovate our master bedroom and bathroom. During the bidding process, we were so impressed by how thorough and complete Wayne was while putting together his proposal – each visit was productive and he came prepared with notes and questions for us to ensure all bases had been covered. Once underway, the project was a huge success, thanks in large part to advance prep work and attention to detail paid by Wayne and his team. Even after throwing in some last minute changes during the project, our bathroom and bedroom renovation finished ahead of schedule. We could not be happier with the results and are so glad to have chosen StG Services for this project. We’ve worked with many contractors over the years, but none have been as professional, clean and thorough as Wayne and his team. I highly recommend StG Services for your renovation needs.

StG Services is a contractor that I would highly recommend. Wayne and his staff are highly professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and pays close attention to detail. Wayne is an excellent communicator, responds back to you in a timely fashion, keeps you informed of changes/issues that may arise and keeps to the timeline. Very impressed with this company overall and will use them for future projects.
