Scott Story was an absolutely ideal contractor to handle our insurance loss. He was able to successfully work with the insurance company to explain the loss and necessary replacement coverage and to work with us to find really lovely materials with which to replace the floors and fixtures. Scott was unfailingly pleasant and an advocate throughout the process for finding affordable solutions that have the end result of a gorgeous remodel.
