I can't say enough kind words about Doug Dedrick, By the time I found Stucco Renovations of Arizona, I had tried to get estimates from a myriad of companies, many of whom never responded to messages I left or failed to show up for scheduled appointments. What a relief it was to hear Doug, the owner of the company, actually answering the phone and agreeing to come out the day I called. The job entailed redoing a botched stucco repair previously done by a painting company. This was not a huge job in terms of square footage, but Doug respectfully took time to thoroughly explain what his crew would do and answered all my questions. He wrote up a detailed contract that was easy to read and, in the end, he did more than what was stated. Jay and his crew did a phenomenal job of obliterating the patchwork that the other company did and actually matched seamlessly the new texture to the original texture on the walls. Jay was a true craftsman and well exceeded my expectations. I struggled with spending more money on the stucco, but I have no regrets now and am so pleased with the results. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

These guys were professional, responsive, and helpful in their dealings with us. They did great work, and dealt promptly with punch list items. I recommend them without qualification. They stuccoed the entire house in 2008, and we hired them again in 2016 when we built an addition on the house.

Not only did Doug's crew do a wonderful job on the stucco work, but he was able to recommend other high quality contractors to me for the parts of the project that weren't under his company's purview. Super helpful and great at communication! Thanks so much Doug!

Doug and his crew were absolutely the best! He and his son are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and came highly recommended by top inspectors and contractors in the industry. Our home was completed in the time frame he quoted, was on budget and was done by a well trained, professional staff. Our home looks brand new. We had nothing but a positive experience with this company and would tell anyone to look no further.

I have complete confidence in Doug and the work his company does. He helped figure out my leaking roof and went above and beyond to repair the stucco on the roof and coordinate with other contractors. I am a snow bird and after spending some time in Scottsdale with Doug and his crew I felt very comfortable with interacting with him from afar. He did not let me down. Great job - great customer service - great commitment to quality.

Had a great experience with Stucco Renovations. Doug Jr. was great to work with. I have used him at our commercial building multiple times and every time they exceed expectations. Highly recommend Stucco Renovations of AZ and I will definitely use them again next time I need something done. On this project they rebuilt and re-stucco'd a wall that was crashed into and another time they fixed all the issues with our stucco on the building as well.
