Kitchen Remodel

Trent and team did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen. From helping with the initial planning, to total demo and clean up, to rebuilding a space that transformed the house, Trent was a reliable and trustworthy resource. He was very responsive, moved quickly, and completed everything we asked for with great attention to detail. Everyone that Trent worked with was responsive and timely and we always felt very comfortable with who was in our home while working on the project. Our kitchen is awesome, we love using it and would highly recommend Trent to anyone.

Sun West removed and replaced flooring and painted walls after a water leak under the slab my home is built on. They had to work around the scheduling of interior concrete removal and replacement, wall damage repair and plumbing problems. Throughout it all, Trent was available and always returned calls. His crews were on time, efficient, and the end product was awesome. They made this anxiety causing experience much more easier.

Hired Trent and his team build a lift/elevator enclosure in our house as well as some minor/small plumbing and electrical projects. I cannot fully express the great experience we had. Trent and his team blew me away with their attention to detail, quality of work, excellent communication, and fair pricing. Given our experience, the only general contractor I will use going forward is Sun West Construction! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would -- highly recommended.

Working with Sun West exceeded all expectations. They helped facilitate a major interior remodel on a 4bd 4ba farmhouse and worked with me to develop on-the-fly solutions to detailed requests with non-standard materials. Among various other items, they built-out a walk-in closet with oversized solid wood European pocket doors, integrated custom oak shelving and cabinets into a wall, rebuilt two bathrooms with walk-in showers and natural stone tiles, and installed an oversized porcelain and cast-iron tub into a very tight area requiring significant skill and ingenuity. The entire teams professionalism and attention to detail was exemplary (framing, electric, plumbing, drywall, tiling, flooring, trim/finish). Trent's communication was clear, succinct, realistic, and timely. Very fortunate to have found such a great contractor and team to work with. Looking forward to the next project.

We had Sun West remodel our master bathroom. The craftsmanship performed was outstanding. Of particular note were the tile installer and the carpenter. Because of their professionalism the tile is perfect and the new linen closet is equally so. They took an ugly room that didn't function well and transformed it into something elegant. We are very happy with our new bathroom.

Trent was incredibly knowledgable and flexible. Nothing seemed to rattle him. We had built and remodeled several homes in the past but this experience was by far the best. We did a complete kitchen remodel as well as a bathroom. All new wood flooring throughout, as well as painting the entire inside of the home. Trent was very flexible as we changed our minds about what to do several times. All his subcontractors were very professional as well. He has my highest recommendation.
