We recently had our home renovated by Sunbay Construction. They were great to work with and they made the entire process painless for us. The owner was extremely professional. He made the appointment promptly and sent us an itemized estimate as requested. I had many questions about the project and Saeid was available by phone every time. Once the project started, they showed up on time, finished on time and our cost was exactly the initial quoted price. My wife and I are supper happy with the outcome of the multiple projects Saeid and his cross-functional team have completed at our home. On the very first project, he had the courage to take on somebody else's project which was a mess and finished it up to our expectations. After that he did several remodeling projects including our bathrooms (3 full baths with double vanities, standup shower, and jetted tub), a fully equipped kitchen with a huge island and nook area, and an unfinished 3-door garage. He is experienced, trustworthy, resourcefull, a good listener, and reasonable. He sticks with his timelines and delivers quality.

We hired hired SunBay Construction to renovate one of my client's multiunit investments. His performance was over and beyond his responsibility. Sunbay construction was recommended by a friend. The first time I met Saeid was brief just making sure that we understood the boundary conditions. Quality is given, so my other 2 constraints were staying withing the budget and timeliness. I scheduled an interview where we spent quality and quantity time to review the project, my expectations, & him explaining his mode of operation. I wanted a turnkey (architecture to final inspection permit) service. I am a hands on guy and wanted to also make sure that is not going to be a problem. Saeid and his team didn't disappoint me thru the life of the project (~4 months). His subs were all professional and committed to work. I can't recall a situation where we had to delay the work due to a sub not being available. The final product delighted my wife and I. We were pleased with the service and highly recommend him.

I loved working with Sunbay. They were easy to get along with and the work got done on time, despite some changes that I made to the project. We stayed on budget.
