Excellent Customer service long after the install. I had a slight issue I had mentioned in a survery from a third party and they responded very quickly. They went way above and beyond to make sure we had nothing but the highest respect for them and made sure we were 100% happy with the job. I Highly Recommend them.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Brett and his team. They completely had to juggle their schedule to meet a deadline from the State of Michigan (Foster care) to get an egress window installed. They went way above and beyond to complete the project in time. The crew (Sorry I don't know there names) was extremely professional, polite and really good at their jobs. I would absolutely recommend them for any home improvement projects!

Has not accomplished the repairs due to as stretch of unpredictable weather but the project manager Jim is very courteous and professional.

Paint basement floor. Move all items in area to be painted and place items back when floor was dry. Work was complered on time and prodessionally. No supervision was neded and job was completed satisfactorily

It is clear to us that Swank Builders Inc. have a great deal of home construction experience. Our job consisted of both new construction and remodel. During the planning phase, Swank Builders understood our needs and offered solutions to problem areas. The teamwork among the builder, project manager and crew throughout the project was evident. During the framework phase, the project manager maintained an organized job site. We prepared ourselves for delays, so when the completion date was pushed back, we adjusted. Finally, anytime we needed to speak with the builder, he responded in a timely manner.

Swank Builders took over mid-build for us 13 years ago when things were falling apart, and we have continued to have a relationship ever since. Swank Builders has one very special quality, their owner, Brett. He is the most honest, ethical, and dependable builder I have ever met. When his crew comes to our home, they take off their shoes without being asked. They clean up as if they were never there. They are incredibly respectful. I cannot recommend Swank Builders high enough.

I've known Brett Swank for some years. He's taken care of a number of repair and minor remodeling projects for me in the past. It was a no-brainer to use Swank Builders for this more extensive job. His crew was efficient and courteous and did a wonderful job. We re-sided the house, including, adding some foam sheet insulation and tyvek wrap, all new soffits, gutters and downspouts and an additional 6 inches insulation in the attic. New exterior lighting was the finishing touch. Place looks great and both my wife and myself are very pleased. You can hire Swank Builders and be certain that the job will be well done.
