I hired Samuel a second time to do additional painting and a few odd jobs. The last project was to repaint my laundry room. His workers didn't bother to put down a drop cloth and left about 40 paint splatters on the tile under the washer and dryer. Discovered this on the day I moved. I had to go to Lowe's at 6pm, buy a cleaner and spend 30 minutes on my hands and knees cleaning up the mess. I texted photos to Samuel and he couldn't bother to even respond.

I had the pleasure of meeting Samuel Yescas when my house incurred damage as a result of a hail storm. He and his team were very professional and knowledgeable in regards to not only in analyzing the damage, but also to costs and estimates for the repairs.
