After meeting with many contractors, we decided to proceed with TCX to build-out our new office space. We could not be more satisfied with the work and service provided by TCX. From their construction to their customer service, TCX showed us that every detail was just as important to them as it was to us. If you are looking to do a small renovation or even a major re-development, look no further than TCX- they are your best option.

TCX Development did an outstanding job on our first floor renovation. They got the job done on time and they also kept to the budget they mentioned to me on our very first meeting for the project estimate– something very rare when hiring a contractor! They are consummate professionals and their work is superb as is their attention to detail. Moreover, they kept the space clean while they worked and we had little to no dust. We could not be happier with our new first floor renovation– it’s like a brand new home and truly spectacular. We have already referred 2 close friends who share the same experience. Great company all around!

Our experience with TCX Development was amazing. We highly recommend them to any homeowner that's considering doing work on their house. We were so pleased with everything, they were professional, helpful, and always on time to the work site. The project was done in a professional manner and the finished product came out spectacular. From the first day we called called their was an open line of communication with them, and they’re always available to address any concerns or new ideas that pop up throughout the process. Definitely would use them again!

We hired TCX Development to gut renovate our entire home in Old Brookville, NY. Our overall experience with Shlomi, Joshua, Daniel and the entire TCX team was outstanding. Right from the beginning of the project, our positive relationship started with group meetings with our architect. TCX's design and building expertise is invaluable here. TCX helped us achieve the vision and goals of our home. These constructive partnership meetiings continued throughout the design and build process. TCX always kept us informed and up to date on progress and gave us a simple yet important project timeline to follow. They included us in the whole process and alleviated any anxiety that we had. TCX has estabished very good relationships with their key suppliers which in turn partner very closely with the home owner. Overall the experience with TCX Development was excellent and I would hire them again plus I highly recommend them to anyone who is planning on building or renovating their home.

We are very lucky that TCX built our home. We are new homeowners and we needed a lot of guidance throughout the entire process. From our first meeting, the TCX team were kind, professional, and organized, and they provided realistic timelines. We needed them to accommodate a very aggressive finish date because we were renting a temporary home, and they never missed a deadline. We are consistently impressed with how meticulous the TCX's crews are in their attention to detail and quality of work. They do not cut corners and don’t leave any part of the job until it meets their high standards. We had many changes in our plan mid-construction, but TCX was always fair and didn’t take advance with large change orders. We would highly recommend TCX to anyone, whether beginning new construction or undertaking large or small home projects. It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish.

The TCX team was fantastic to work with on our home renovation project. They took the time to understand our design aesthetic, were mindful of our budget, and made suggestions along the way based on their extensive experience. The team was organized, professional and thoughtful throughout the process which we valued immensely given how important this project was to our family. They provided us with regular updates and pictures as the project progressed. The team also has a network of suppliers/distributors which were all a pleasure to work with, reliable, and of high quality. We have been very pleased with the workmanship and are thankful for the partnership and care they put into the project. We highly recommend TCX and would use them again without hesitation.

I went to over 5 contractors and almost gave up on the renovation I wanted to do because their prices were so high, but then a friend recommended these guys and everything fell into place from there. You can tell they're experienced, honest, and fairly priced. Everything is streamlined - no need to go through 5 different people for the construction, design, planning, ect... we spoke to one person throughout the entire job - made things MUCH easier.
