Hiring Tech Crew was the best decision I made during my renovation. Tech Crew did the following work for me: Demolition, replaced flooring with wide plank white oak floors, retiled bathroom, installed new marble countertops and backsplash, moved water line, painting, electrical, other miscellaneous work. Their work is very high quality. They know what they are doing and it's very apparent. This reduced my stress over the project. They are extremely efficient and got the work done within a quick timeframe. The communication was also very good. Their pricing is fair. Much lower than some other bids I received. Vadym and Oleg are easy to work with and focused on getting the job done. Any small issues we faced during the project were the fault of my building and the kitchen subcontractor that I hired separately. I heard horror stories about renovations and some other contractors. But thankfully, I hired Tech Crew and my project went very smoothly. I will for sure hire Tech Crew for any future renovation projects. Thank you!!!

Tech Crew are the best!!! Oleg, Vadym and their fabulous expert crew transformed my beige and brown apartment into a showpiece. They are so accommodating to last minute tweaks and changes. I didn't have to worry about flooring, painting, electrical, or plumbing. All done to perfection. And they always cleaned up after. After seven months of work, I kind of miss them. A wonderful group of people that I cannot recommend more highly.

TechCrew, and specifically Vadym, was wonderful to work with. We engaged Vadym to help with an apartment combination and complete renovation. We really liked Vadym’s thoughtful and analytical style at the outset and enjoyed working with his calm demeanor throughout our project. We met him prior to Covid and he kept his quote stagnant for us when he started work with us over a year later despite the increased costs for supplies. For any problem that arose during construction, he helped us find a workable solution. He also worked with us to help prevent surprises and was fair and upfront about out of scope and his team fixed any items within scope if they were not up to our expectations. The work is beautiful and high quality. His workers are respectful to the space and left the apartment well cleaned at the end of each workday. Due to supply chain delays, we ended up moving back into our apartment before work was complete and did not have any concerns with any of the workers – our neighbors even complimented us on their thoughtfulness. His quote was not the lowest that we received, but it was well worth the differential in cost due to the ease of working with him and the high quality of the work. We would highly recommend him for any construction needs.

We worked with Vadym and his crew in two projects in the last first year for our townhouse. First remodeling a kitchen, a bathroom, and refinishing a basement, and then we totally redid a second bathroom. Our experience was great and we would definitely recommend them.

As an interior designer I rely on the professionalism and expertise of the contractors that I work with. When I recommend a GC to a client they represent me as much as their own company - I can not speak highly enough about my experience working with Tech Crew. Their pricing was fair. Communication was open and easy and most importantly the quality of the work is superb. That's not to say there were no bumps along the way. We experienced delays receiving materials and had a number of small items that needed troubleshooting or fixes. Every project goes this way, what's important to me is how it's handled. Vadym and the rest of the team were responsive and willing to do whatever was needed to get the job finished beautifully. I would highly recommend them for any project!
