Had laminate flooring installed and unfortunately after the installation my refrigerator developed a leak at the wall so you couldn’t see the damage for a couple of days. I called Jose and he was so quick to respond and replace the damaged floor. He and his crew did a fabulous job. I couldn’t be happier!

We heard about Jose & his team from friends who had used them and we so happy with their work. We, too, are so happy with the outcome of our project! Jose and his team installed new wood tile in our kitchen as well as new glass tile backsplash. It looks absolutely beautiful and there are no flaws. I'm so glad that I found Tepuy Designs on Houzz!! They helped me a great deal along the project and they made everything so easy and so smooth for me. I appreciate the fact that they always listened to what I needed and that they did their best to make it happen given very limited budget. I also appreciate their integrity and their honest opinions spoken from their own experience. They were always trying to save money for me instead of talking me into more expensive options. I didn't get a lot of quotes for this project, but compared to the other quote that I received, Tepuy was almost 1/3 cheaper. To be honest, I was a little skeptical in the beginning. I was worried about the quality of their service since they were so "cheap". However, as soon as they started, I realized my worries were totally unnecessary. Throughout the project, they were very well organized and they always showed up on time whenever I had to meet them in person for project updates. In addition, they communicated everything to me very effectively. There had been a few delays because my landlord had very strict inspection and approval procedures but I totally understand that had nothing to do with Tepuy. Towards the end of the project, I was going back and forth on some little details. At a certain point, I felt that I was just being ridiculous. But, I was so grateful that Tepuy still respected my ideas and they just did whatever what I wanted. Last but least, Corina, one of the owners, was so talented. She did some special paint on one of the tables herself and the final result was amazing. I got so many compliments just for that paint. Overall, I highly recommend Tepuy Designs to anyone who has limited budget but still wants to receive high quality services. Give them a try and you won't regret. :)

I contacted Tepuy in regards to see about repairing water damage caused to a bathroom ceiling and a hallway wall from a leaking HVAC unit. Tepuy was very quick in returning a quote and the quote was very appropriately priced. I was very pleased with the workmanship. I will definitely be calling Tepuy again!

Finally, a trustworthy contractor that can deliver an excellent end product in a timely manner. Tepuy replaced several counter tops, plumbing fixtures, and installed large french doors with sidelights. There was not an existing doorway for the french doors so the demo of the exterior wall was no easy task. Tepuy provided expert advice and communicated superbly throughout all of the project phases. Tepuy made the process enjoyable and I am extremely happy with the end result. I will be using Tepuy again in the near future.

They designed, built and finished exercise room in my garage in very few days. I was really impressed with the people doing the work. Very courteous and professional. They were also very organized in the execution of the work and area was cleaner at the time they left the job than when they started. The job was completed under budget and as fast as they promised.
