Texan Home Additions

THA just completed reno of our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and some exterior work on our home. Overall, we're pleased with the outcome. They have excellent tradesmen working for them. I strongly recommend THA. Some thoughts for you if you are going to have reno done on your home, not just with THA, but any contractor: Insist on a full color rendering of your job. We didn't get that and probably would have made a different selection for kitchen backsplash if we had. Insist on a final walk through and have a punch list ready. We didn't get that and there were things that needed to be corrected. Make sure you included EVERYTHING you want done on the Scope of Work. Go crazy with the blue tape if you have to. I you have a defect in your wall(s) that you want repaired (cracks, dents, etc.) make sure you include them. If you don't you will have pretty new paint over them and they do stick out. Cover and pad anything that might get damaged. Kitchen appliance can take a beating and will certainly be covered with overspray and ceramic dust. Plan on getting your air ducts and carpets professionally cleaned. The crew does a pretty good job of minimizing dust, but if your HVAC system remains on during construction you would be amazed at the amount of dirt that is left behind in the air ducts and carpet.. The clean up crew only vacuums and mops.

I can’t say enough good things about Texans Home Addition. We have recently had mom’s bathroom remodeled for a walk in shower. I came across Texan Home Addition and I can tell you from the first phone call to completion John and Trey along with their crews have been fantastic. Texan Home Additions completed almost a total interior remodel on our home. They worked with us to fit everything we needed in a tight budget, the work was completed in a very timely manner, communication was great, and the house looks beautiful! Texan Home Additions was phenomenal from consultation to completion and followup! We had Texan Home Additions do a gable patio addition to our home & 2 story Garage connection to existing garage with french drainage for backyard. Patio addition consisted of Stone Work to replace siding, outdoor fireplace, and outdoor kitchen. Garage Addition consisted of new driveway concrete, engineered drawings, 2 story garage build with 16' Bay Garage door for boat & upstairs area that we hope to convert from storage to living quarters in the future. Trey was very knowledgeable and made suggestions based on his remodeling & building experience that made the process & outcome superior to anything i've seen! I was Hesitant to start construction in backyard due to having a dog & toddlers but Trey made sure it was secure after workers were finished for the day. Definitely gave me peace of mind! 100% will be using them again for our upstairs garage conversion!

Very pleased with Texan home additions. Trey helped us through a complete remodel of our old outdated kitchen. They were all very nice, on time, organized and kept my home very clean while completing the project. The results were SPECTACULAR and I am extremely happy with how my kitchen turned out, Any issues I had Trey was there to take care of, would highly recommend them.
