We hired TexElite Construction to repair our rotting chimney and some soffits. They were very professional with communication before, during and after the completion of the job. They showed up on time, completed the job in one day and did a fantastic job. The owner followed up promptly to ensure the work was done correctly and with quality materials. Our family plans to continue hiring this company for future projects and home repairs. I highly recommend this company.

We have recently completed a large project with TexElite Construction. They replaced all the flooring in our house (3500+ sq ft) and remodeled the master bathroom. Rod and Tayler were wonderful to work with. The teams that they had working did a fantastic job. We had over 2200 sq ft of solid oak flooring that was hand scraped, and we absolutely love the way it turned out. The carpet that they installed is beautiful and super comfy. The master bathroom had a brick like tile that is fully heated installed, and the existing jetted built-in corner tub was removed and replaced with an awesome free standing tub. The craftsmen that did the work were first rate. We could not be happier with the outcome. We had previously worked with TexElite on a glass shower door project, and as we run across new things we want done in our house, they will be the very first ones we call. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

TexElite is fantastic! They have done many small and large construction jobs for us over the years. We have refer them to many friends and family. We are always satisfied with the results because they work with us to get everything just as we want. They offer ideas we may not have thought about and show us many material examples. We searched for a long time before deciding to go with TexElite Construction. This was mostly because we have had issues with previous contractors in the past. I wanted to ensure who ever we hired we could use later as well. That way we would not have to go through this again. What Rod and his team completed for us completely changed our backyard and house. We had a disaster of a sunroom that we wanted to demolish and put up a patio. You must understand that I had an idea in mind, but Rod was also able to bring some solid ideas as well. That is exactly what we needed someone who would collaborate with us and understand what our main goal was. The other contractors we talked too were pushing for a Cedar structure and I did not want a structure made from wood. I wanted something different. This project did take longer than anticipated. Some of that had to do with trying to get the permits from the city of Garland when you cannot see them face to face. If you live in Garland you understand how hard it can be sometimes trying to get permits, approvals, hell even talking with the utility company! Another thing that contributed to the time was the fact that we started a second project when they were almost done with the first project. Even with that, I would rather a project move slow and be completed properly than have it move fast and half assed. Especially since being a contractor during the corona era is comparable to baking pies in a bakery for thanksgiving. His team was great to work with. Anytime we had a question or an issue they were easy to talk to and understanding. They ended up removing a sunroom, building out new soffits and overhang where the sunroom was, putting in French doors, laying new concrete, making the patio structure, adding the roof to the patio, painting the house, putting up new siding, and adding gutters. Rod was very transparent every time we talked so there were no hidden fees or anything price wise that was not expected at the end. We had contracts and every time we made a payment; he would initial next to it. This helped to keep track of where we were with everything. If you take his quote and compare it to others online, you will see that he is comparable to others and that he is not charging an astronomical price. He is very honest and understanding. I am no color expert when it comes to paint so I was thankful when he would give his opinion. We will be contacting TexElite in the future when we need to get something completed. We may even call just to see if he wants to hang out! His customer service skills are on point and that means a lot to me since I have worked in retail in the past and understand how important that is. He is out to build relationships with his customers and not just get the job done. Rod and his crews remodeled my unfinished attic space into a beautiful bedroom and bathroom. It was a big project for us, with many moving parts, but they handled it with aplomb. Workmen arrived on time, did their work, and cleaned up afterward. Problems (what construction project has none?) were brought to my attention and resolved. We plan to have Rod do whatever work we need in the future and have already recommended him to friends.

Rod and his team did a great job remodeling our small bathroom. We are very pleased with the final product, every detail and want have been incorporate to the highest standard. The overall process went smooth even though we ran into few challenges along the way, Rod handled everything professionally and kept us in the loop.
