We had the pleasure of working with TG Construction and Design on an addition to our home and total kitchen remodel, and we are beyond happy with both the process and the final result. Nereida, our project manager and designer, was wonderful to work with—thoughtful, responsive, and full of creative ideas that brought our vision to life. Every step was completed with precision, and outstanding workmanship. They listened carefully, communicated consistently, and always kept our best interests in mind. At one point something was backordered, putting the work slightly behind schedule. The team worked tirelessly to make up for that time. We recently had a room added above our living room, which had tall ceilings, done by TG Construction & Design, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. They worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily lives. They quality of their work is outstanding, and they truly went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor for their project. Long story short, we spent about 5 years trying to get this project up and running. We quoted this out/met with at least 15 contractors. We knew as soon as we met with Nereida and Sergio, they were the team we wanted to work with. First off knowing Sergio, the President of the company, would actively be working on the project was a huge selling point. Second, Nereida, who clearly keeps the show running, was fantastic. She walked us through the whole process and fielded multiple calls as we were trying to make the leap to move forward. She was with us every step of the way, always letting us know when and what to expect next. We have told them, any project going forward, they will be our first call (and knowing this group, our only!) Heck, we are already planning the next project. TG Construction redid our kids' bathroom. They were great to work with and their work was excellent. We had a pocket door installed in the bathroom in addition to the redesign and everything was done well and in a timely manner. They kept communication lines open throughout the entire process so we knew what and when to expect things. Will definitely plan on using them again!

We recently had the pleasure of working with TG Construction & Design, Inc. to replace our original deck with a stunning sunroom and an underneath pottery workshop. This project, completed in 2023, has truly transformed our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Our property sits on a slope, so the challenges were significant. The sunroom was built at the first-floor level, while the pottery room was positioned at yard level. TG Construction handled everything seamlessly, from obtaining city permits to coordinating with electricians, plumbers, and our AC person. They even updated our pottery room's electrical circuit to fix frequent breaker trips. Their dedication didn't stop there. They replaced damaged walls and baseboards, painted as needed, and provided frequent updates throughout the entire process. We have absolute trust in their competence and professionalism. I contracted TG Construction & Design for a kitchen remodel including new cabinets, counters, tile floors and backsplash, and associated minor plumbing and electrical modifications. Nereida and Sergio were professional throughout. The initial pricing was competitive and scope of work was clear. Nereida was very patient and thoughtful thought the design process. Sergio is a true craftsman and in particular is an expert tile layer. What work they did not complete themselves was completed well by properly supervised subs. Change orders were well communicated, fair and increased the overall value of the project. I will certainly use TG again for future projects!

What a great experience!!! Have had very bad experiences with contractors in the past, but have finally found my first and last call! They showed up on time, lended their expertise during the planning phases, worked with our schedule and kept their schedule. Day 1, they showed up with a calendar and they stuck with it, everything done on time and surpassed our every expectation! This family owned and operated company is just what we needed in our home.

Nereida and her team went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and budget. Their ideas and direction were very helpful in putting together design and function. Unfortunately material prices and family obligations prevented me from going forward at this time, but I will certainly contact TG Construction & Design again for future projects.
