The Homeowners Helper LLC is a small, family-owned and operated general construction company, specializing in custom homes and remodeling/renovations. We provide superior craftsmanship, quality materials and top tier client services. We are focused on understanding our clients’ unique individual needs and desires to work with them on creating beautiful and functional homes that enhance their lives. We are dedicated to the highest standard of customer service not only for clients but our employees as well, paying fair wages, offering benefit packages, and even ongoing education/training. Our team members are talented and have many specialty skill sets, allowing us to keep much of the work we do in-house, rather than using subcontractors. The Homeowners Helper did an amazing job finishing our basement. Cody and his crew were knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. When a problem came up, they were quick to find a solution. We also had them replace our carpet in the dining room and office. They even finished a week ahead of schedule. We are thrilled with the results of both projects. We won't hesitate to contact them for all of our projects.

After purchasing an existing home, we had only four weeks to complete significant renovations on all three floors. Homeowners Helper not only said they could complete the work but DID IT on budget. I don't think there's any carpentry work they CAN'T do! They finished parts of the basement, including a faux brick wall, and added extensive wall moldings, a built-in bookcase, and even a coffered ceiling on a two-story great room! We highly recommend Homeowners Helper for any renovations.

We had Cody's company help us with several projects in late 2022 which we were very pleased with not only the results, but also their way of working and ability to offer practical solutions to any issues that came up once things were opened up for our remodeling work at our house which included a bathroom and office renovation as well as HVAC upgrade. Already plan to have then do several other projects for us over the next couple of years. What we often found when engaging other contractors was that they were either too busy to be interested or priced at a point that was excessive relative to the work needed. In addition to the work done at our house we needed to buy a smaller home for one of our kids in the area on a short notice basis and they were able to have a crew available to do some quick flooring, bathroom tiling and roof insulation work needed ahead of their move-in. Very flexible and easy to work with and we really appreciate their model of only hiring people into the company that want to do the job right the first time. Recommend them without hesitation or reservation...

We have been using Cody for over a year for anything and everything! He has been flexible, prompt and honest. He’s only contractor I know that shows up early! We had a leak while we had company and I texted Cody in a panic- he stopped right over and attempted to help us diagnose the issue. He was there within hours and didn’t charge any type of emergency fee. He has done painting, wall repair from water damage and hung TVs for us. He will be helping us with our kitchen renovation shortly as well. I cannot recommend Cody enough!
