AMAZING! I had a smaller project that should have been pretty easy, but during demo, we discovered the dreaded Southern issue of MOLD. YUCK!!! It was terrible!!! Instead of just patching over it, Brian worked with us to properly fix the unknown issues. He was amazing! He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and how to correct everything. We will never use anyone else! Thanks Brian and sorry again our little project ended up taking so much of your time. We are forever grateful!

Twelve Oaks built our forever home and we moved in December 2017. We had a very unique situation where we shared the sub contracting responsibilities. Despite some unforseen challenges with this, we all worked through the project with one goal in mind; building a beautiful home on the best lot in the neighborhood! Brian and his team worked with us as we made many decisions along the way. Building a house can be stressful, and I would be lying if I said this one was without it. However, Brian delivered on his promise and committment to a quality home. We have many custom features and design work. He saw our vision and made it happen! Attached are some pictures from when we first moved in and the one from May 2018. We celebrated my daughter's wedding in our backyard only 5 months after we moved in our new home.

This is, by far, the best builder with whom we have ever worked. Honest and transparent — you always know what’s going on and they care about every detail. And best of all, the quality of the work is phenomenal. Twelve Oaks built our home on the beach in Hilton Head — you can see some of the pictures on Houzz. Everyone who sees the home is blown away. Their work product and level of service are among the highest I have experienced with anyone, not just builders. They truly want you to be happy. And well after project completion, they are there to help with anything that comes up (including preparing and recovering for hurricanes!). The team also makes sure they explore every option from a cost perspective — we never signed a contract (our choice) and were always comfortable that they explained every major step and cost before doing the work. They even set up a special website where they listed the detailed budget and every single item they spent in real time, including images of every bill — complete transparency!! This is an outstanding, trustworthy organization which prioritizes high quality work and customer satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone, and have many times already!

We did a total remodel of our home in Sea Pines after a prior contractor basically destroyed house and was shut down by the building inspectors. I have never met a more honest and professional builder in Brian Quinn. He made our home into a beautiful house on time and on budget. Whenever he came upon an issue, we were always kept informed and involved with decisions of alternatives. I would recommend him to anyone including my mom. They are the best!!!

Fantastic experience. Interviewed several other home builders on Hilton Head Island for our new home construction. Selected Twelve Oaks Group. Initial impressions were spot on to our final experience. Brian and his team took us through all aspects from design and concept as well as architect selection. Once construction began, the Twelve Oaks team supported my wife and I through the finish details and selection (electrical/plumbing/finish carpentry) as well as hardware/appliance packages. Kudos to Brian, Sheila and Tiffany for their support on that part of the construction. Throughout each stage, Brian managed our expectations, project managed and coordinated all changes with the various trades. Upon completion, Kevin took over and managed ARB adjustments, trade punch list items and brought the project to closure.
