My wife and I found Tidal Creek Contracting on Houzz earlier this year. We had just purchased a home in Charleston, SC and were moving from California. Jadie responded immediately, and communicated clearly with me from the outset. We had a list of things we were looking to do on the new house (new floors, full interior paint, new fixtures, a new gate outside, etc). Tidal Creek was the first contact we made when we started thinking about renovations, so we shopped around a bit before committing. We ultimately found that they had the best prices overall with the clearest timeline. Jadie and his team did a FANTASTIC job with our house. He was communicative the entire time (we were in California while all of the work was happening) - sending us regular updates with pictures and videos, and talking through issues as they arose, even late at night and early in the morning. I would highly recommend Tidal Creek for anyone in the Charleston area looking to get quality work done at a great price by a team that's a pleasure to interact with.

The guys with Tidal Creek Contracting were great to work with in regards to every aspect of our house renovation project. House renovations can be stressful and they made the process easy to understand. They answered every question I had quickly and throughly and worked around my schedule to make our renovations happen when it was best for us. The made sure we were happy with the progress and checked in often to see if we were satisfied. I highly recommend Tidal Creek for any residential construction needs.

Tidal Creek just completed my total roof replacement. They not only had the best estimate but completed the job a half a day earlier than I expected. I have no reservations in recommending this contractor. The roofers left my property cleaner than I expected. There's not a roofing nail on the ground-none!

We got our back patio extended and not only was the job completed quickly, it looks amazing! They are professional , hard working and did an excellent job. I highly recommend these guys!
