I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tim and his team. He made the renovation process enjoyable with his expertise and guidance throughout the entire process. Not only that, but his work speaks for itself. The number of compliments we receive on our home is amazing, and people are constantly asking who did the renovations. We're happy to pass his name along to anybody! Hope to work with Tim DiSalvo and Co. again.

Tim Disalvo was recommended to me by a friend. I was hesitant in calling at first, not wanting to get into something financially over my head, but I'm so grateful I took the risk. Tim was able to help me articulate and refine the vision I had for my house, and he took great care putting together a cohesive plan, making sure we were on the same page. He made it a point to check in often to ensure things were progressing well. He helped me create and maintain a budget, and also encouraged me to explore options in terms of quality, function and price. A specific example: My husband and I had entertained the idea of digging a storm shelter, but after much consideration and research, we opted to reinforce a bedroom closet instead, using building techniques Tim had utilized in vacation homes along the coast of Florida. We saved a tremendous amount of money in making that choice. I consistently felt well prepared and well informed as we moved forward through the project. TIm was extremely punctual, and he maintained communication throughout the entirety of the job. I will absolutely call Tim again when I'm ready for next project.

We've hired Tim Disalvo more than once and would again based on our first experience. They are professional, talented, and engage in the process as much as you want them too. I would recommend them to anyone!

Tim was quick to catch on to our design idea and then adopted it as his own with the same enthusiasm that we shared. Tim enhanced the original design without adding to the cost; at one point he offered an improvement at his cost just because he felt strongly that it should be done properly. All of Tim's workers were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with Tim's work... strangers literally stop us in the driveway to tell us how much they like the improvements!

I hired Tim Disalvo &Co. for a major remodel of an older home. The project involved extending the garage and using the vacated space for a new kitchen. The existing kitchen area became a 1/2 bath, laundry room, and rear entry hall/ butlers pantry. Tim and his crews were impressive at all times. They are professional and courteous on top of top quality work. They were very good about keeping to a timeline and explaining any deviations. Tim is very good with helping you understand each step of the process and which decisions need to be made and when to make them. I have used them again for some smaller fix up items. I just can't imagine having anyone else work on my house.

Tim DiSalvo has now completed 4 different projects for us. The largest and most extensive was our kitchen. He has also done all 3 of our in-house bathrooms (we have 2 more in exterior buildings), an intricate work over of a curved ceiling where there had been water damage from a burst pipe, a 3rd floor playroom and most recently, a downstairs bathroom. We live in house built in 1925 that comes with crooked floors, plaster walls, wall cracks etc. Tim and his crew take all of this in stride and are able to retain the craftsman charm while modernizing the use. His attention to detail is fantastic. His foreman was terrific at solving problems and managing the construction schedule. This has been our experience with each subsequent job; in fact, we don't even call anyone else for a bid, we just call Tim! We like and trust the subs he uses and appreciate the good reputation that he receives all over town; when I went to chose tile, the salesperson was very complimentary of Tim and his work ethic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tim Disalvo to anyone who wants a quality renovation.

Tim Disalvo and his team were incredibly professional, efficient, courteous, flexible and even swept the dirt site as part of their clean up of the project area every night. Tim is very well organized, assembling and deploying his work teams effectively. The workmanship was of a very high quality and we would absolutely use them again for any similar project (remodel and renovate front of house/porch area).

Tim and crew added on a master bedroom and bath to a downstairs area. Their work was excellent and very fair in price. Tim was on the job almost every day and if he wasn't his father was. The electricians, carpenters, drywall men, etc had all been with Tim for many years and were experts in their own rights and this made me feel very comfortable. It was a pleasure working with this company. I can highly recommend this group!

Tim was our contractor - the first time, he built an addition (3 bathrooms, family room, master suite, garage, bonus room, bar/pantry and kitchen) we doubled the size of our home. We wanted a contractor with an eye for detail, one that understood how to blend an addition so masterfully that no one can "see" where the old house ended and the addition started. After several years we looked to Tim once again when we wanted a complete remodel of the original rooms (down to the studs) in our 1960's two story, southern colonial home (2 baths, 4 bedrooms, hall, foyer and dining room). We have remodeled other homes and know they come with surprises, we wanted a contractor that specializes in remodeling, not a builder that also does remodeling. There is a huge difference. Tim is very professional, keeps the project moving and keeps you organized, but not overwhelmed. He will always answer questions to avoid any confusion and builds a solid team to create beautiful spaces and happy homeowners. If we move he's coming with us!

Tim DiSalvo recently completed a major project for us. We live in a home built in 1926 and the project included a complete kitchen gutting and redo, a wonderful new screened-in porch, a small downstairs guest bathroom, a new laundry room and some exterior hardscaping and landscaping. This is the first time that we have undertaken a major project on our home and Tim made the experience virtually painless. His attention to detail and his desire to match the new portions of our home to the older portions of our home were so impressive. He was very easy to work with and just a great guy. We were also constantly amazed at how he was able to schedule various sub-contractors so that they would arrive at the exact time a task was ready for them to begin. It was obvious that all the sub-contractors had worked for Tim for a long time and respected him. They were masters of their crafts, respectful and easy to be around. The project was completed on schedule and we absolutely LOVE the results! We would definitely recommend Tim to anyone looking to renovate or build.
