TIM LEACH CONSTRUCTION gets five stars for their work ethic and knowledge. I live in a condominium complex they know inside and out - plumbing, electrical and more. Because of this, we feel secure when they work in our unit. They strictly adhere to the rules set in place by the Board and the concierge. When they are not working on a project here, they apply the same work ethic and knowledge to that project - I am sure of that. We just wouldn't call anyone else to work on our unit here in this complex. They have been very patient with me. I am picky to a fault when it comes to my home and the work that is done in it. I thank them for working with me until I feel I am satisfied. Pictures say a lot. Please look at Taylor Kitchen and the dining room/library project to see their work. I feel I need to give my decorator, Bob Berry, credit for selecting the tiles for the backsplash. I am not good with texture/color when it comes to stonework and he helped select this material as well as the accessories I used in the kitchen area. Tim's right hand man, David, worked like an artist on the backsplash, placing tiles one at a time and moving them around until it looked perfect. Tim made sure I was satisfied with the countertops and appliances, finding me the best price and quality and picking up materials we wanted to add to the project - he knew where to go and who to ask. We would've been wandering around Atlanta for days without his help on this. I want to thank Alan for all the painting and touch ups he endured with me. Julia M. Taylor

Tim Leach accepted prepayment as partial, cost to begin a small project and I am still waiting on him to begin. That was nearly six months ago. Although he has advised me several times in emails he was about ready to begin nothing has happened. I have also requested a refund if he has no intention of doing the work in a reasonable time frame but he has not responded to that request.

Tim was hired to do a variety of work on my house. He prepped and painted the exterior, fixed broken tiles in my bathroom, fixed a bad plumbing job someone else had botched, repaired Sheetrock, water pressured a large area, fixed a stone pillar and sealed our wood deck. His prices were quite fair, he worked diligently and after he was done cleaned up everything. The only thing that I will criticize is that I believe he used too much pressure when sealing the deck as the wood was no longer smooth in various areas. Also, there were some black marks that I wish had been removed before he sealed the deck. However, I didn't mention or point that out to him prior to his starting the job so that is probably on me. Overall, I would not hesitate to use Tim again or to refer him to others. Nica T.

TIM LEACH CONSTRUCTION turned two of my remodeling dreams into reality. Tim and David transformed my diningroom into an extension of the library. They also coffered and beamed the greatroom ceiling. Both projects posses the WOW factor. It was a pleasure working with them. Their attention to detail was appreciated. Their craftsmanship and pride in their work is excellent. I recommend them to my friends and co-workers and look forward to working with TIM LEACH CONSTRUCTION again and often. Ask to see pictures of the ceiling and library - that will prove their ability.
