Lee and his crew did an awesome job remodeling all of our bathrooms and a few other touch ups around our new home. All the bathrooms were very dated and had not been updated since sometime in the mid 80s. Now each stands apart, especially the master bathroom. I can't stress enough how it helps set the tone for the day to spend the morning getting ready in such an awesome space. Also installed new cabinetry in the utility closet, new water heater, kitchen back splash and I"m probably forgetting a few other things. Lee's crew cleaned the work site every day, were kind and courteous and flexible to changes as we worked through the project. Would gladly hire them again to do more work!

Details on my review: We interviewed over 15 different companies from individual tradesmen, to well-known companies (both on TV commercials as well as magazine advertisements). We received a lot of mixed reviews from different websites and friends. For us, hiring someone to work in our home is very personal and whoever we chose had to have integrity, remodeling/construction experience, listening skills and a good reputation. Lee (Timber Creek Construction, LLC), definitely fit the bill! We are so glad that Lee has an eye for design because I needed a lot of help with selecting everything from floor/wall tiles, etc. and different types of accessories. I knew what I wanted the end project to look like and grateful that Lee had vision to see my thoughts through to fruition. Lee’s accommodation to change and willingness to work with our tight schedule was a relief for us. He had a great team that was just as flexible. I say this because, I had a design change three days into the project. It wasn’t an easy task, it was a bit complicated (moved my closet door and close/open up another doorway) and they made it happen. Every morning someone laid a drop cloth and plastic as a walking path from the front door to the bathroom and every evening, they picked up the walkway and cleaned up. Each one of them respected our home and did everything possible to keep the area as clear and clean as possible. Yes, the project had a few delays however, it was due to things beyond anyone’s control (product delivery and/or weather). Through it all, Lee kept us informed and we were always on the same page. We are so grateful to have had a wonderful experience with a contractor and team who were highly professional and detailed in their trade, showed respect and possessed integrity! We love our NEW Master Bath! Words alone cannot express how beautiful the Master Bath turned out, THANK YOU!

The quality of work was excellent. We had various types of work done (total master bath redo), There was rarely any down time as Lee scheduled each team/individual closely, providing us with a minimum of inconvenience. Workers were clean, tidy at the end of each day, cloths laid down to protect our floors and carpets. We did have some scheduling issues with availability of tile, but Lee kept us advised, even though it was totally outside his control. An enjoyable gentleman to work with.

We had to move into our new home rather quickly in order to take care of a family member. Lee and his team were able to work quickly and efficiently on major renovations and additions without any problems and for a reasonable cost. They treated us like family and made sure that we always knew what to expect. Lee stuck to a very tight timeline and we couldn't be happier with the end results.

I hired Lee and Timber Creek Construction LLC to complete some upgrades on a town home I recenlty purchased in Midlothian, VA. Specifically, a shiplap concept wall and a kitchen backsplash. Also, I had a customer cabinet built around my safe. I could not be happier with Lee's quality of work! We hired Lee Payne at Timber Creek Construction to remodel 2 of our bathrooms. Our hall bath first then the master bath. We have been very pleased with the work. Lee and his crew have always been very polite and did a wonderful job. Lee always let me know who was coming and when. He also came back after each part of the project was complete to make sure everything was done correctly and to make sure we were happy. We had gotten several quotes before hand and believe he was very reasonable and honest with us. Which means a lot!
