My husband and I were looking for a home to purchase for his aging parents, as they wanted to move to Stittsville from the Lindsay area. We came across a gorgeous craftsman style bungalow in the process of being built. We noticed the TimberCross Homes sign and called. Todd answered immediately, and invited us in to look at the construction. He proceeded to show us all the upgrades- the extra spray foam insulation, the insulated basement floor, the almost invisible bulkheads in the basement, the cathedral ceilings in the living room, the second laundry room in the master room closet, etc.- too numerous to describe! Having just recently been through the building process ourselves, we recognized the quality of the materials being used, the workmanship and the thought that had been put into the design- he has a great eye for detail! Once we decided to purchase the almost-built home, Todd asked for our input, and integrated colour choices and design elements that would please my in-laws. We closed at the end of Sept, and my in-laws are moved in and thrilled with the new house. It's beautiful! We would highly recommend TimberCross Home, and are very impressed with Todd and his trades.

We hired Todd to install a stone veneer on our fireplace wall. We were very satisfied with the whole process. Todd was conscious of the fact my wife was home with our new baby and did everything to keep the noise and dust to a minimum. Our son had hired TimberCross Homes for a major renovation on his home so we had a very good idea of the quality of the job this company does. Todd Sinclair who owns this company excelled in project management. Every single part of the project was completed on time and as indicated. All the trades came when they were supposed to arrive. The people were all excellent at their trades and easy to work with. He gave some great ideas for how to update our 18 year old kitchen to make it more efficient and provide more storage. Bulkheads came out and it was amazing the transformation. We wouldn't hesitate to have TimberCross Homes in the future. He was always professional and treated both his clients and contractors in a respectful manner.

We hired TimberCross to investigate water staining on the kitchen ceiling. Todd quickly identified and remedied the root cause which was water leaking through the upstairs bath/shower caulking. He re-caulked the bath, replaced the damaged drywall on the kitchen ceiling and painted the ceiling. The kitchen looks great and the problem has not returned. At all times throughout the job Todd kept us informed of the options and progress. TimberCross are great to deal with and we would not hesitate to use them again.

We are a residential design firm and have collaborated with Timbercross on several projects, big and small, and I would recommend them to anyone. After having interviewed several contractors without much success stumbled across Timbercross homes by accident and we're glad we did. Todd took the time to listen to our design ideas for a covered deck and presented us with a reasonable cost plan. It was a pleasure to have Timbercross Homes build for us . My husband and I appreciated the quality work of Timbercross Homes. Todd Sinclair, owner, designed and built a 21’ by 15 ‘ covered addition at the side of our home. The structure doubles as a carport in our Canadian winters, and a shade shelter or porch in the summer months. Todd always explained the various steps clearly in the construction process from the beginning to the completion of the work. He provided drawings with measurements, and site plans which included details, for example, about the materials such as sonotubes and Bigfoot forms for the foundation, beams and posts for the structure, roof trusses and sheathing. He kept us up to date, and communicated well concerning any necessary changes, as well as what to expect at each stage of the work. He consistently welcomed us to contact him if we had any questions, and answered our questions promptly and efficiently. Todd was flexible and competent to meet the city requirements. He met the structural requirements, design loads and building code standards. He worked well with other workmen who were on site waterproofing our basement walls , and replacing steps. He completed the work within his projected time frame. His top notch communication skills and pleasant attitude added to our feeling that we were a team on the project. We have received numerous compliments on our new addition re how well it is constructed,and how aesthetically suitable it is with the overall appearance of our house, which was built in 1959. In summary: Timbercross Homes met our expectations with integrity and quality.

We hired Todd from TimberCross Homes to do a 2-tier deck for our back yard. Our experience was excellent. We had quotes from four companies and we chose TimberCross because Todd recognized our vision immediately, offered smart suggestions, and had a reasonable price for what we were asking for. His quote was clear and professional, and he responded to all our questions right away. To our surprise, he was also available to start the work very quickly. He always communicated to us on his availability and abilities (which I HIGHLY respect), so that we were always sure of what he was doing. The deck took a little over a week to build, which was what we expected, and he captured our vision exactly. He always welcomed us making changes to it as he worked, which many contractors probably wouldn't do. Because of that, he was easy to work with, and made us feel comfortable with really getting everything we wanted. I am very happy that we chose to get our deck built through TimberCross. I would recommend them to others, and would hire Todd again for any other work we need in the future! Great job!

We are a millwork/cabinet company and have worked with TimberCross Homes numerous times. They have been good to work with. They have a good understanding of our scope of work and yet let us recommend what we think would work best for the overall project and the customers satisfaction.Deadlines were met and when we had a delivery issue they were able to work with us and dealt with it professionally. The finished project looked well, finished on time and we were paid right away. We would be happy to provide them with more millwork and cabinetry in the future.
