TMD handled our Wash Park remodel. They are personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and have a solid stable of subcontractors who take pride in doing superior work. They have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and looked out for our best interests throughout the process. They are competitive in terms of pricing and were sensitive to our timeline. They went the extra mile to get us back in our remodeled home as quickly as possible when COVID hit. It was a pleasure to work them and we highly recommend them without reservation.

From beginning to end, TMD made our home remodel project easy. They were flexible through the bidding process and helped us make adjustments throughout the project to make our old house feel new. TMD did a fantastic job on my major bathroom remodel. I had the opportunity to work with both Shane and Tim and they were responsive and easy to work with. While there were few issues that arose, communication was always excellent and problem solving was collaborative. The experience was so positive that I'm now embarking on a second project with Cole and his team.

TMD builders build to the highest standards. Even small details are noticed by Cole, Tim and their crew So thankful that we had the chance to work with them to build our student center and Cafe on our YWAM Campus in Denver/Arvada. two years later, things still look great and work like they should!

TMD was great - They gave me best and most intelligable bid from many contractors I shopped. I could only do the project during a small window of the year because I had to move completely out of my house for the scope of the work, and they were able to meet my construction timeframe. I was updated regularly through the process through a website with pictures. I had a GREAT experience with my construction manager, who was an expert and a true professional. They worked with me early on in the project when I needed to work with a highly specialized foundation contractor and coordinate with the city of Denver. Then at the end, they were accommodating to let me move back in and stretch the last few weeks of the project out for the sake of our family's health. That's a true testament to how they stuck to their construction schedule! In the end, they put a 400sgft partial pop-top addition on my 120 year old home with a BEAUTIFUL, custom iron spiral stair case, exposed ceiling beams, a vaulted ceiling with skylights, and an incredible master suite. All this, and with all the challenges of working on a house as old as mine, they keep their project within 2% of the original bid! For their integrity, flexibility, craftsmanship, and ability to stick to a realistic budget, I would highly recommend them to anyone in Denver in the future. I will likely use them again myself!

TMD Custom Builders helped us with renovating the first floor of our home. The project started on time, but finished late. The delay in finishing was due to add-ons that we requested. Cole was always available throughout, as was Shane - our project manager. The subcontractors were all very professional, timely, and respected our time and privacy. Given the number of changes/add-ons that we requested, it was great how easily the team adapted.

Cole did a great job on our kitchen remodel. So much so we expanded his work into our eating and living area. His ideas and advice resulted in a remodel we still enjoy. Since that remodel we brought the TMD team back for a master bedroom and bath re-design. Ourselves along with friends love the way it turned out. Thankful and enjoying it eveveryday

TMD did 2 large remodels for us. They did an incredible job. We were very happy with the outcome. They did what they said, communicated during the process, and stayed on budget. The owner of the company has high integrity to get it right and it showed with our final product. I highly recommend TMD!
