We enjoyed working with Tomas Brothers Home Improvement for the construction of our screened in porch/deck. They were recommended to us through our Severna Park community facebook page when we requested contact information for good local contractors. Greg and his team were very professional. The craftsmanship is excellent and the work ethic is very impressive. We will hire them again when it is time to replace the roof. Thank you Tomas Brothers! We love our screened porch. Even though it's winter, my family is sitting on the porch drinking hot cocoa and watching the snow come down.

Tomas Brothers recently renovated our 30 year old master bathroom from tub to shower. The estimate was reasonable and was close in price to the " one day tub to shower replacements ". I was able to select this vanity & sink, fixtures, and tile. He configured the 2 headed shower to allow us to utize the shower seat. He offered his expert opinion when I requested and the workmanship was very professional. He and his workers were very careful to protect our carpet and flooring during the renovation. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and it was completed in two weeks as planned and within our budget. We can recommend Tomas Brothers without any reservations.

Tomas Brothers did a wonderful job of updating and reconfiguring my laundry room. They put in new beautiful cabinets, a quartz countertop with stainless steel sink and stackable washer/dryer. They also put in an ADA compliant toilet and a new bathroom vanity to match the cabinets and countertop in the laundry room which is adjacent to the bathroom. One of my favorite changes, although a small thing, was the clothes pole over the sink for hanging clothing that I don't put in the dryer. Greg matched the color of the pole with my other accessories. In addition, I had some other handyman type jobs for them. They put in an ADA compliant toilet in the powder room, fixed a sliding glass door, added a wood strip over my refrigerator and some decorative rope trim over the microwave to hide some damage. They were professional in every way and their knowledge and work quality were outstanding, I would definitely hire them again.

Wonderful. We had a 48” gas oven & hood with glass subway tile installed along with a farm house sink and wood counters with matching floating shelves. Additionally, they had to shift cabinets, move the microwave, covert the oven from gas to propane and hook up our water line to our espresso machine. They amazed us in their ability to custom make the countertop & shelves along with a lot of other last minute requests. They also took time to salvage existing counters, cabinets and tile by carefully removing and then reconstructing the items which saved us money and gave us the look we were trying to accomplish. We used them a few times before because they did good work and at good prices that didn’t change from their estimate, but this time we were impressed at their ability to improvise and customize their work. In all, it was evident that their team enjoys working together and that they love what they do and our kitchen is a reflection of that. Thank you Tomas Brothers!

Scope of work: Basement finishing, which included framework, plumbing and fixtures, electrical wiring and fixtures, bathroom and floor tiling, drywall, and painting. All of the work was completed on time and on budget, and we are thrilled with our new basement. Tomas Brothers and their hired sub-contractors (plumbing, electrical) took our basement from foundation and a staircase to a fully completed space. They handled all permits and scheduling. While they suggested certain materials and fixtures, they also allowed us to choose other options with our approval to affect the budget. It was very much a collaborative process and their communication was timely and always provided good information and advice. Any mistakes/issues found during the process were very minor and were fixed immediately. Their work was warrantied for the first year and we were able to easily schedule an appointment before the year was up to address minor cosmetic issues. Tomas Brothers gets our highest recommendation and we have already used them a second time and plan to keep hiring them for home projects in the future.

We've used Tomas brothers for numerous projects around our home, most recently for a few projects that we'd been putting off since purchasing our house a few years back. During this year's visit, they removed/expanded/replaced a driveway, debugged + replaced problem outdoor light fixtures, caulked all of our windows, inspected/caulked/cleaned our roof + gutters. Suffice to say, it was a random mix of jobs, but Dan + his team (including some sub contractors) excelled on all fronts. The budget estimates were fair, the plans accurate, they came in on budget, and finished the job EARLY! As with prior experiences, the team arrived when they said they would + treated our home as if it were their own. Work sites were always left neat + in good repair in cases where jobs lasted more than one visit. All permits were pulled quickly and inspections, when needed, passed on the first try. Their work is warrantied for a good length of time, too! We'll hire them again + have already passed their name along to numerous friends who are new homeowners.

I trusted this company as they had done a big remodeling job for my daughter. Mine was a relatively small job, that had big results in the improvement it made in my home. On time. Skilled. Excellent work. And even more, they were neat, and cleaned up all the construction mess each day. I would hight recommend.

Tomas Bros recently painted the interior of my house and installed a new front door. They are true professionals. They did the work for the agreed upon price, arrived on the dates they said they would, and worked quickly and quietly. They did a fine job and I recommend them highly.

My husband and I hired the Tomas Brothers to do a major remodel to our house. We had them add a front porch, tile half the house, and remodel our kitchen. We very please with the outcome. Dan, Greg, and company are professional and do beautiful work. We would gladly use them again.

When choosing a contractor to finish my basement, Tomas Brothers was the right decision for me. My basement looks fabulous! I would not hesitate to use them again for any of my home improvement needs or to recommend them. The quality of work is excellent. Dan and his entire crew are great to work with, to include professional, courteous and most importantly to me; trustworthy. They were in my home everyday while I was at work and I didn't have to worry. They even cleaned up before they left. Dan kept me informed during the entire process, and he let me know at the end of the day what I could expect for the next day. Tomas Brothers stayed on schedule and worked within the budget they were given. They were great in allowing for changes as the work progressed. Thank you Dan, you have one happy customer!
