We give our highest recommendation to Top of the Line Contracting and Bob Mattessich. Over the last couple of years, he and his team renovated almost every aspect of our Ridgewood home. We could not be more pleased with the results or the process of working with Bob and his team. Bob delivered a quality product, has a keen sensibility around design, and he and all his workers and subcontractors were just a pleasure to work with: extremely professional, hard-working and talented, always going the extra mile for us. Our project involved replacement of all doors, windows and siding on the exterior and renovation of three bathrooms, kitchen and family room. We appreciate and enjoy every day all the work Bob and his team did. A key part of Bob’s success is his overall design sense and vision combined with a real attention to detail whether it be designing a space or recommending a particular material. For example, Bob was the only professional -- architects, contractors and realtors included -- who immediately understood and shared our concept for our master bathroom. In addition, his expertise saved us money and headaches. Bob worked well on the team with us and our designer and all of his skilled subs who brought their significant talent to our project. Bob and all of his workers (his men or subs) were extremely respectful of us and our home and responsive to our needs all throughout the project whether it be changing direction or an idea, helping us move from one room to another during construction or returning after the project’s completion for a minor tweak. In sum, Bob and his wonderful team truly deliver a top of the line result as well as a very positive experience along the way. We will definitely work with Bob again and recommend him very highly.

Great service. Quality work. Fair pricing. Timely service. Worked with us to make sure we could afford our requests. Honest and trustworthy. Rebuilt garage, added a second floor with two bedrooms and a full bath. On main floor, add full master bath. Installed new air conditioning units. Installed new furnace. Finished attic with electrical and new flooring. Re-did backyard with new fence, patio, shrubbery, added outdoor electrical outlets and new sod, front and back. Would recommend to family and friends.
