Just finishing up a first floor renovation that included remodeling our kitchen and installing hardwood floors throughout. BA and her team of professionals did a GREAT job in all aspects of the project. The initial estimate for the scope of work was accurate. The construction schedule wasn't deviated from. Plus, communication from the planning phase through project completion was excellent. We always knew what was happening and when it was going to happen. The team's attention to detail was also impressive and the remodel turned out better than we imagined. If we need a contractor in the future, we'll be using BA and her team again.

From start to finish, the process of the remodel was seamless. From the very first contact with T.C.S. to the final brush of paint. Barbara Ann(aka B.A.), her forman Cliff Joyce, and the entire team of subcontractors listened to what we wanted, designed a plan of action and finished the job professionally and on time. I highly recommend TCS! They do quality work, provide excellent customer service and stay on schedule. They exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled with the results. We remolded our master bath and installed new counter tops and backsplash in the kitchen.

We began a major renovation project on our home some months ago with a bit of trepidation, but the TCS Team has walked us through the process every step of the way and taken great pains to alleviate all our concerns! Two things that have most impressed us most about working with TCS: Number ONE is the schedule of activities, from start to finish on a day to day basis, provided to us months before the project began! Incredibly TCS has not missed a single deadline within the schedule of our three and half month project and we have grown to completely rely on the dates provided in the schedule for each activity! I believe that their Business Plan has been flipped on end versus the approach of most contractors who start a project with a promise and an approximate timetable only to fall apart once Demo Day happens and the homeowner is committed. TCS on the other hand does so much work upfront (lining up all subs, scheduling the calendar, and arranging for materials needed) before work begins to insure that the daily schedule provided to the homeowner is solid and doesn't fall apart once underway; Secondly it is sub-contractors that are employed with TCS - they have proven to be the absolute best! Most have worked with B.A. Eagles for many years and are so professional, hard-working and efficient it has been a pleasure dealing with them. We have grown to personally know almost all of the "subs" and have become friends with many! They are simply great people, dedicated to the job and who really desire to perform their best for the homeowner. It has been a treat to work with TCS and all the work crews associated with B.A.'s company and we couldn't be more pleased with the final results which have been promised and delivered on time!!

No major remodel will go off without a hitch, and our project was no different. Despite a few unforeseen problems TCS completed the project on time and stood by their work all the way through. They made good on their promise to always do the right thing and make sure we were happy with everything. We can’t express how thrilled we are with TCS on our kitchen and downstairs remodel. First, all aspects of the project were reviewed with us with respect to scope and schedule. We were impressed with how on time the schedule was met. If there were any changes in the schedule we were notified well in advance. I would highly recommend Total Construction Solutions. They recently completed a kitchen and master bathroom remodel for us and we couldn’t have been more pleased with how the project turned out. We were very impressed with how TCS managed the timing and completion of the project. We were provided a timeline of when the project would be started and completed and all of the major subcontractor work in between. They hit every deadline and everything happened exactly when we expected it to. Throughout the project they provided great oversight of the work and were always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It was very apparent that they hold themselves and the subcontractors they use to high standards.

We could not be happier with our kitchen remodel. TCS and all of their vendors were amazing. We were given a schedule for every day of the project. There was only one minor delay that was unavoidable. We love our new kitchen!
