We can’t express how thrilled we are with TCS on our kitchen and downstairs remodel. First, all aspects of the project were reviewed with us with respect to scope and schedule. We were impressed with how on time the schedule was met. If there were any changes in the schedule we were notified well in advance. BA and Cliff are great communicators and they pride themselves on getting all the details right. All the subs were top notch and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Total Construction Solutions. They recently completed a kitchen and master bathroom remodel for us and we couldn’t have been more pleased with how the project turned out. We were very impressed with how TCS managed the timing and completion of the project. We were provided a timeline of when the project would be started and completed and all of the major subcontractor work in between. They hit every deadline and everything happened exactly when we expected it to. Throughout the project they provided great oversight of the work and were always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It was very apparent that they hold themselves and the subcontractors they use to high standards.

TCS has been fantastic to work with. They provided accurate cost estimates and an overall schedule with each step of the project. They kept us informed when things needed to shift around. Communication throughout the project was fantastic as well as their availability to answer questions. All the subs were professional and friendly and took the time to explain anything I asked. TCS was amazing to work with. First, B.A was the only contractor we met with who came to look at the space and provided a line item estimate which confirmed our decision to choose TCS. Second, the entire team was extremely communicative, and we knew when people would be in our house and they came when they said they would (subcontractors included.) We had two unforeseen issues during the renovations (needed a new subfloor -which was optional- and to move a toilet drop.) Both of these were explained thoroughly, and I never felt pressured to pay for something unnecessarily or if I didn't want it. Third, shout out to Cliff, who was super patience with me and all my questions. He was able to complete some additional work I requested in the powder bathroom and electrical throughout the first floor which was nice to do all at the same. Also, he got me upgraded floors! Fourth, our kitchen finished on time! Even with the additional work they managed to complete it when they said they would, which frankly, was unexpected for a major renovation. I recommend TCS Solutions wholeheartedly!

The Total Construction Solutions team is second to none. They are professional, knowledgable, communicative, responsive and just freaking awesome!!!! We had an extensive remodel of a 3000+ sq ft home built in the 70's. They moved walls, extended the roof, added rooms and made this house absolutely gorgeous. There is nothing they cannot do. I would not trust my home to any other company.
