Details were reviewed thoroughly and concerns I had were addressed with solutions that I am happy with. Feel very comfortable and confident with our assigned project manager. Excited to see the finished product.

Sunroom is about a year old and it has leaked six times at this point. Builder of the room even cautioned Stoneridge that the sunroom would leak with the planned design but they moved forward anyways. There are limited companies out there that install these types of sunrooms, but if you have the option go with someone else. Project itself was a pain between poor communication (lying), bad planning, etc and now with the constant leaking it isn't worth it.

Out of four companies we talked with for the construction of a roof over our deck, we choose Stoneridge Outdoor Living. We found them easy to work with plus they answered all our questions and offered plans for what we wanted and at a price we could afford. Their attitude and professionalism has been great. I will update my review when the work is completed but I have no doubt things will go well.

It's hard to express how much our new solarium/sunroom has added to the enjoyment of our home. Since it was completed last month, we spend every evening listening to the birds, feeling the breeze, admiring the views. It has brought the outdoors fully indoors, and the quality of the workmanship and materials will ensure we can enjoy this new addition for many years to come. The project took a little longer than expected (as seems to be standard with construction) but the end result made it totally worth the wait. We highly recommend Stoneridge Outdoor Living.

StoneRidge Outdoor Living built our Four Seasons Victorian Conservatory a little over a year ago. It is absolutely beautiful. We have enjoyed being able to feel like we are outside regardless of the outside temperature. It truly is a usable room during all four season. The workmanship is superior. Our room has far exceeded our expectations and we enjoy it daily. We enjoyed working with the staff as well. They are very professional and knowledgeable. In our opinion the true test to a company is the service after completion. We had a small issue arise. I was able to discuss it directly with the CEO of the company. He encourages clients to reach out to him directly if they want to via email or phone. He listened very closely to our issue and within a few days the issue was resolved and he even came out to our home to check on everything. We would definitely recommend this company for any of your outdoor projects.

Fantastic company to work with! Everything happened in the timeframe I was told, project manager stayed in touch with me and he also made sure I was happy with the completed job.

The company designed and built a high quality deck extension. We are very pleased with the final result and recommend them.

Total Remodeling was easy to work with and turned out a fabulous product. They had to deal with all of the current issues— supply chain, workforce availability and weather. They were extremely professional and flexible. One example of them thinking outside the box was when they pointed out our current outside staircase was took close and would inhibit cleaning the windows, screens and siding. A short discussion later and they came up with good plan to replace them, adjusted the work order and built a new staircase—still finishing on the original timeline. I would recommend this company without reservation.

We had signed the contract with Total remodeling Systems last year in Mid April to build a conservatory. They did great job in selling and we believed in their service and product. Now September of 2022 is starting, after one year and five months, there is nothing to show for. They even took down the deck that was there and have taken a very large deposit from us with in the first three months. Now no one from this company is returning our calls or emails. Four Season is saying that they have completed the engineering drawings and it is up to Total remodeling to do the work. It is not a trust worthy company.

TRS built a "Four Seasons" sunroom for us. The entire experience was outstanding from the initial sales consultation to the actual build. They were very responsive to questions and took care of any issues in a very timely manner. One of the best experiences we have ever had and absolutely love the space that we have gained. I would not hesitate engaging TRS for additional work if ever needed.

Converted a screened porch to a three seasons porch. Great job and easy to work with. About five years later we decided to change to a four seasons porch and TRS came back and made some changes to accommodate the change. While making the mod they found an unrelated problem and fixed that at no additional cost.

Total Remodeling was excellent - from beginning to end. I explained what I wanted to do with my deck, they made some recommendations that I had not even considered and which I absolutely loved when the deck was finished, and the cost was in line with my expectations. The completed work on the deck was professionally done and looks beautiful! They were able to complete the whole project in less than a week, and I was able to show off my new deck at Thanksgiving. Finally, they paid me a follow-up visit to get my evaluation of the project and to ensure that I was satisfied with the job.

I just had TRS build a 12 x 14 sunroom addition onto my house. My own experience was good throughout. A man/wife team did foundation work for piers and did assembly of the room itself, they appeared to be meticulous and were vey easy to discuss any questions with. That general atmosphere was consistent throughout the project, I felt confident leaving my house while the subcontractors did their jobs. Everything went on agreed upon schedule, weather permitting. I am very satisfied with the whole thing, hope I can get the tile floor in correctly so I can use the room!

All of the people I talked with before, during and after construction was completed appeared to be knowledgeable, professional and encouraging. It was interesting to watch the actual craftsman at work, for he seemed to pay very close attention to everything he did, with much examination, very careful measuring before cutting anything, and masterful at positioning everything before placing an item and nailing or securing it into place. I anticipated a top-notch piece of work. And perhaps it was, but there were a few things that fell short, leaving me with a little more concern than what I expected. 1) In spite of the very careful construction of the enclosure, some of the finishing details did not meet the same standards, and unfortunately these are the thing that are visible. Some of the exterior trim pieces were not smooth and flat, leaving a less skilled appearance. The screened door was attached with no latch to keep it fastened when closed, other than an eye-hook - which obviously can't be used except when the porch is abandoned and you wish no entry available from the outside. The door had only fixed handles to grip when opening it, but otherwise was free to swing randomly in the wind. I had to purchase a proper latch and install it myself. 2) After the major construction had been completed - including the roof - I noticed a fairly large amount of water leaking from the area over the part of the roof that was attached to the existing home. I pointed this out to the craftsman, the project manager and other officials with the company, and yet nothing was done to change anything. I was promised that should I continue to have the leaking after the project had been completed they would certainly take care of the situation. As it happened, we did have another heavy rain that caused leaking and the project manager was notified. He sent two men to examine the roof carefully and spots were found where apparently pressure from walking on the existing roof of the house while engaged in attaching the porch roof had caused some nails to work loose and puncture some of the tiles. They were repaired, but it will take another hard driving rain before I will know for sure that everything is O.K. 3).The existing rails by the steps leading to the deck were removed prior to construction, and new ones were installed after completion. The construction looks very good, but they were left in an unfinished state. This is not a major concern, and it will be no problem for me to paint them, but I did think this should have been part of the project. I also had outdoor wiring that led from an exterior outlet to an exterior power box to a gazebo several yards away, that had been attached to the underside of the deck to a point where it could then be buried in the ground. The cable had to be removed in order that it not interfere with the porch construction, and was left just lying on the ground and patio. I would have thought it might be reattached to the new construction, as part of the overall construction. 4). I do accept responsibility for some of the final state, for I did not go into all of these things in detail when making the purchase. I did not think of them beforehand, and assumed too much, perhaps. But I do wonder if the average consumer would think of such details in advance, and instead expect the builder to know about them and automatically include them as part of the finished product. Over all, I am happy enough with the porch. It does have a fairly good look, and blends well with the house and patio. Up front, I thought the price was a little high for me, but I admit to having no basis by which I could make a proper assessment, and I accepted it. But I did believe that it was high enough that the few little details I mentioned could have been taken care of.

I was extremely satisfied with Total Remodeling Systems. I had 12 windows installed by TRS 3 years ago, and was very impressed by the quality of instalation and workmanship of Matt and Mikey. Their attention to detail and pleasant demenor caused me to have TRS come back and have them install 19 more windows! I would highly recommend Total Remodeling Systems to any one who needs home improvement. Meeting the owner Joe Henley, who initially visited my home, gave me confidence that his product service would be superior. It proved to be true! This is an outstanding company!

We were most pleased with this company's overall professionalism and work. All the people we dealt with were/have been very friendly and knowledgable. We chose a 'down time' (in early December) to build our addition and the project was completed in 21 days as promised. In fact, we put our Christmas tree up in the new sunroom on Christmas Eve! Have had only minor issues since the initial construction. The company was very prompt in correcting those minor issues. We absolutely love this addition and use it every single day!

Total Remodeling built a sun room for me and did a wonderful job. They completed the job in 100 days and right on budget, too. I have had lots of people come to my door and ask who built it, and I'm pleased to tell them.

TRS installed a 12' by 14' Four Seasons sun room above a walk-in storage area. Storage room included construction of a concrete slab floor and concrete foundation, framing of walls, and installation of vinyl siding to match main structure. Project included electrical service and heating/AC. TRS completed this project on time and in budget. Very responsive to change orders requested by us. Totally satisfied with the finished product and the service provided by TRS.

If I could I'd give 0 stars. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. It took them a year to finish a project (enclose an existing deck) that was supposed to be finished in 2 weeks. Terrible. Stay away.

I would not recommend this company. They still have not finished a sunroom that was to be completed 2/2/14. Due to poor workmanship of the first sub-contractor they brought in to build a sunroom a second sub had to be brought in and basically tore out all the molding and all the cedar siding. The windows were uneven so the window heads didn't line up. They mixed #1 and #2 trim boards even though I told them they were going to be stained not painted. They had to straighten the windows and tear out all the old trim and apply new. They brought a damaged PTAC unit not in a box and installed it. The hardware also had been removed. They had to replace that with a new one. The cedar had to be torn off because it was not level and put up with trim nails. When they rusted they would have stained the cedar and then the cedar would have fallen off. They had to apply it again with stainless steel nails. They have fixed most of the problems but I had to call, send many e-mails and threaten not to pay in order to get the product I payed for. I had many sleepless nights with worry and angst and I sincerely regret hiring them.
