I cant say enough good things about Lenny and his crew. He went above and beyond with communication, timeline, plans, options. His crews showed up when the said they would and were incredibly polite and easy to have around. My kitchen, bathroom and flooring are beyond what I imagined.

This is our 6th project with Lenny and the Total Residential team. As with the previous five projects, this one was a homerun! This was the largest of our home renovation projects, a total primary bath makeover. We love working with Lenny and the team. They are professional and pay attention to every detail. They are thoughtful in how they approach the work and often bring creative ideas that add to the outcome. Every tradesperson (and I mean every) has been highly skilled, trustworthy, and friendly. All projects have come in on budget. There have been no surprises. When changes to the initial contract were needed, Lenny brought them to us promptly and discussed the options. The level of professionalism tops anything we have ever experienced when it comes to having work done in or around our home. Definitely a 5-STAR experience every time.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Linton Swindell, Jr. of Total Residential Services, LLC on remodeling of our kitchen. The job included the installation of new counter tops, backslash, sink, garbage disposal, and under-counter lights. All of the existing cabinets were repainted. Our floorplan is open-concept so the kitchen, dining and living rooms were also painted including the built-in cabinets by the fireplace. Mr. Swindell and his crew of skilled craftsmen did an excellent job! They arrived on time and cleaned the work area every night before they left. The products used and attention to detail were truly impressive and the customer service was outstanding. I was extremely happy with the result and I highly recommend their work.

This was our first time using Total Residential and we couldn't be happier. Lenny and Devin are very knowledgeable and patient working with us as we had to maneuver through a serious of projects from basement/attic insulation and exclusion. Their attention to detail and explaining every detail step by step was professional and welcoming. They're subcontractors are top notch as well. Would highly recommend them!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Lenny and Devin Swindell and their team of subcontractors on our recent bathroom remodel. The Swindells were excellent with their personal touch in all their interactions with us. The tile guys, the plumber, the painters, the shower door installers - everyone was friendly and accommodating, and extremely good at their jobs. I thought we got excellent value for the total cost. I would work with Total Residential again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone in the area.

Lenny and his team are amazing! It starts with their attention to detail on quoting the project (which ensures no surprises) and continues with their commitment to a project time frame with regular updates along the way. I never had to wonder how things were proceeding as I got regular updates along the way and/or callbacks right away if I had questions. This was a church kitchen project and Lenny also provided some suggestions that we had not considered which were huge improvements. These guys are the real deal. Linton and Devin were excellent! They were timely in communication and showed good attention to detail. Their crews have been associated with them for years which is what you want with contractors. We are so happy with our basement and will enjoy it for years to come.

Total Residential Services (TRS) is an excellent and reliable company for additions, remodeling, floors, roofing and many more services. They are courteous, punctual and complete work on time. If you have roof or siding damage due to a storm, Total Residential Services is your "go to" contractor. We recently had roof damage from a storm. I made one call and they did the rest, including calling and scheduling our insurance company. The whole process was seamless. We also got a quote from a nationally advertised company to replace the floor in out kitchen, TRS did the project for quite a bit less than the quote we were given. If you have ANY need for work to be done in your home, I highly reccommend that that you call Total Residential Services for a quote. You will be glad you called TRS.

Total Residential met all of our expectations. We gave ideas for our renovations and the general contractor took the ideas and helped us make great decisions for upgrades throughout our house. He followed through on every detail. He was available to us as we had questions. We were kept well informed on what was happening at our house. The quality of work was superior. He has been in touch since work was finished to remedy small touchups. We are very pleased with the completed project.
