Run by a nice guy doing quality work with his father. Has done an entire tear down and rebuild of a complicated house and structure.

We could not have been happier with the work Trivia Renovations did for us. They renovated our old, dingy bathroom and replaced it with a bright, clean look, while working very patiently with our wishes every step of the way. Their guidance was invaluable and their execution was flawless, especially the tile work. Andrey and Igor are a pleasure to work with, very dependable and trustworthy. In addition to redoing our bathroom, when we showed them an old damaged radiator cover we hated, they built a new, far less obtrusive one and replaced the radiator with a space-saving model. They know their stuff and I recommend them highly.

I've used Trivia Renovations for a lot of different tasks and they have been great every time. Most recently I contracted them for exterior yard renovation including new fencing and a pergola. I designed the pergola myself and both Andrey and his father were able to make my design come to life with great detail, material sourcing and structural integrity. I created something that was more modern and not the typical bulky pergola that tends to be the default. They not only loved the idea but were integral in making sure the pergola was built keeping the integrity of the design while making it structurally sound. They were very knowledgeable when it came to sourcing the best wood for exterior use from both a design perspective and resilience. They completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I've worked with other contractors and have spoken to many others. Andrey and his father are very kind and willing to go the extra mile. Anectdotally I ran into Andrey in my building. He had just completed a job for another tenant in my coop. He had an orchid plant with him. I asked him what the orchid was for. He mentioned that his client was recovering from an illness and he brought the flower as a get well gesture. Enough said.

Trivia Renovations has done multiple jobs for me (gut redo of my bathroom, gut redo of my roof deck, etc) and I have always been very happy with not only the results, but the process as well. On time, thoughtful and full of great ideas that have added value to each project, they are a pleasure to work with.

Andrey and his team did an amazing job with our renovation. It was a large project-removing walls from the upstairs of our duplex and building rooms in the downstairs, plus renovating the kitchen and building 5 custom closets. He came highly recommended through friends and we were not disappointed. The job came in on budget and was only slightly delayed due to some unforeseeable issues that came up in the apartment. He and his dad and the rest of the team were so pleasant to work with. They worked as neatly as possible and cleaned up everything at the end of every day. (We were in the apartment for a lot of the project.) They even worked around my 2 year old son's nap schedule. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. They finished everything so perfectly- you would never know what the apartment had looked like before. They're super conscientious about their work and take a ton of pride in what they do. They also offered lots of helpful advice and resources along the way. They transformed our apartment from a dark, dingy space into a place I am so happy to walk into every day.

Several months ago I was on a market searching for a professional contractor and one of my colleagues recommended Trivia because they have done an amazing job renovating their condo. I scheduled free consultation with Andrey and was pleasantly impressed when he was able to break down the whole process in a very comprehensive manner. After I received a quote I reached out with many questions Andrey was able to answer them all leaving me no doubts about his expertise. The whole renovation process took a while (8 weeks) I needed some major updates to my kitchen and bathroom. However, I'm very pleased with the final result. I'm planning to use Trivia again for some updates in the future. They are honest, professional and easy to deal with.
