I wish I could rate United residential Contractors more than five stars!!! If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy general contracting company, look no further, URC is the best in biz! I doubt there are many honest and trustworthy GC companies like URC. URC recently finished building our home addition (three levels out and up/about 3000 sf) and renovating/remodeling our existing house. This was a huge project - think of it as building a new house- . Simply put, they are amazing to work with despite the difficulties that came with this big project and the fact that I am a very picky customer. They explain everything upfront in as much detail as you want. They are professional, accommodating, and patient as I continued to tweak and change many things in the project- They are very creative and never run out of ideas and options to choose from. I am very pleased with both the experience and the finished product. Last but not least, URC offers no interest financing, thing I haven't seen nor heard of before in the GC biz!

URC took me from idea to design to a beautiful completed project. They updated my HVAC system and completely remodeled and updated my lower level and added a bathroom. This is my third project with this company and as always, they were professional, responsive and everything you want in a business. Mo and his crew were great and when they weren’t, a simple word was all that was needed to correct any issues. There is a level of trust that makes it so one doesn’t need to double/triple check everything. A level of trust when you you know the integrity of the company matches your own. This is that kind of company.

We had a large addition built above garage that included reconfiguring the inside of the original rooms. URC came highly recommended by a friend. They worked with us to keep the cost of the project within our budget, and maintain quality work and a beautiful outcome. Cheers to our project manager Mo for holding our hand throughout, and fielding all our requests as the project closes out. We would hire them again and have referred them to several friends, a few who have already started their own jobs with URC!

Renovation and extension.

Very happy with the work URC performed on our home. We extended our home and renovated a bedroom. The work and project management was challenging but the URC project manager communicated throughout and was polite, professional and diligent during all aspects of the renovation and extension.

Superior design and craftmanship. Always attentive to our needs. Every day, the workmen cleaned up their working space and removed trash. When the schedule looked like it was in jeopardy due to a delay in permit, the Project Lead went above and beyond to make sure he delivered the work on schedule. The final product is stunning.

We highly recommend United Kitchen & Bath! We could not be happier with the remodel of our kitchen. The designer, Esraa, and contractor, Moe, worked hand-in-hand with us and each other to design and construct the kitchen we asked for. Esraa is very attentive and provided excellent options to us as to the design for the cabinets, countertop, and backsplash. Moe was a consummate professional, and the work performed by his workers is great. Moe was responsive, visited to observe the project progress, and checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way. The work finished on budget and best of all ahead of schedule. 5/5!

I wasn’t sure what I was getting into at first. I made out a list of things I needed done, things I would like to do, and things I wished to have done. As soon as Moe, Francisco, and the guys started demo, I felt fully assured my “projects” were going to get done. Everyone was great to deal with, patient, and even fun to joke with. My full list, to my amazement, was completed - even my wish list. And they even did a few more things that just topped it off. Actually brought happy tears to me one day. I’m very pleased and thankful to the whole crew. I would hire them again!

I recently had a complete bathroom remodel done by UKB. I am completely blown away by how FANTASTIC of a job this company did. From the beginning design services to choosing every detail of the materials they were using they were spot on with my taste yet flexible so that I could make changes. Mo was absolutely the best throughout the process and oversaw to ensure the project was completed to my absolute content. The crew was hardworking and respectful of me and my home as well as perfectionists with the detail of their work. The end product is an amazingly gorgeous bathroom and I am thrilled. I would absolutely recommend UKB for anyone’s remodel project and I will use them again for my next project: kitchen!!!!

I interviewed over 8 kitchen design companies before selecting United Kitchen and Bath Inc. I could not be happier with my selection. The staff and contractors were very professional, had a great attitude, were punctual and considerate during the entire process. They stayed on budget and did not nickel and dime me. The cabinets installed are of excellent quality, and the tile work is beautiful. They estimated 2 to 3 weeks to complete the renovation of the kitchen. They stayed on target and would have finished in that time frame if I did not request a small additional area to be tiled. We had to order extra tile and this delayed the completion for a week. I would definitely hire them for other renovation projects in my home. I especially appreciated how they wanted to make sure I was happy with the final project. I love my new kitchen.

UKB renovated a bathroom in our house. We chose them because their price seemed fair and they brought a sophisticated design approach, thinking of things we hadn't through of. The work was started on time and they worked hard to get it done as quickly as possible. The work seems to be of good quality. Overall, I'm happy with their work and would recommend them. I think their work is close to five stars, but one thing didn't work out as they had designed (a recessed fold-down bench) and a couple things ended up being placed in locations that we thought were too high but once done couldn't be moved.

Our project with UKB was a total success thanks to designer Esraa and contractor Mo. We had to hire UKB after another company repeatedly missed deadlines and struggled to provide us with timely information. Our experience with UKB was absolutely the opposite. Esraa helped us choose a design that kept us on time and on budget (and functions great!), and Mo's teams did excellent, detailed work that surpassed our expectations. A remodel is a daunting process, UKB made it much more manageable. We'll certainly hire them again for our next project.

I reached out to UKB to repair what I thought was a simple leak from an upstairs bathroom that damaged cabinets in the kitchen below. The project became quite extensive, including the discovery of additional leaking from old cast iron pipes that were rusting through at various points. All cast iron pipes from the second floor, through the first floor to the basement had to be replaced. This involved removal and replacement of drywall, ceiling, and the replacement/repair of rotten wood behind the walls and ceiling. Every step was meticulously documented and UKB was very cooperative with the insurance adjustor. They cared for my home with a high standard of excellence, which included cleaning the house once the work was completed. There were many instances when the team went above and beyond expectations in certain situations. I could not have asked for a more positive experience through a very difficult and prolonged challenge. I would call them again for any of my home needs.
