I am a realtor in Anchorage Alaska and have worked with urban deco on several projects and I have had excellent experience working with the company and specifically with Ted Stinson, I highly recommend him for design/build projects, additions and renovations I will continue working with Uban D'Eco .

I definitely do NOT recommend Ted Stinson. He pretends to be knowledgeable, but he is does poor work and goes over budget. He doesn't pay his subcontractors, and then they place liens on the owner's property. He definitely is not to be trusted!

We supplied and installed cabinets and countertops for one of Ted's jobs. We gave him a price originally when they were starting on the job, but we ended up dealing directly with the customer once things got underway. Our interaction was limited, but Ted was easy to reach and great to work with!

Ted Stinson and my brother, Mark Hunt, developed a combination architectural and construction firm on Grand Lake in Grove, Oklahoma which designed and built the most beautiful luxury vacation homes and multiple commercial buildings for many years. "The Roadhouse" was an upscale restaurant and nightclub catering to Grand Lake second home owners, and was the most popular night spot for over two decades! Ted is thorough, knowledgable and can be counted on to deliver a flawless design project. Ted is creative, honest and all of his projects reflect quality craftsmanship and materials . Ted has an innate sense of how to build within nature to reflect the best views and outcomes in any location. His desire to build the best possible structure to highlight the site's natural beauty make all of his projects exceptional!
