I would not recommend. Did not honor warranty, took every short cut possible including poor quality materials and poor quality sub contractors. I spent thousands of dollars correcting issues they created and would not stand by. Save yourself the aggregation and choose a builder that stands behind their homes.

Urban NW Homes did an amazing job with the construction of my custom home and I could not be happier! It was my first experience building a home and they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to maintaining a relationship based upon communication and trust. Jerud Martin was my first contact and he set the tone for the overall relationship. It was obvious throughout the build that his values of honesty and integrity were reflected in the subcontractors he had on the project. Jenna Kauzlaric worked closely with me throughout the design and build process to bring my dream into a tangible perfect home. Jenna took an extensive amount of time to be sure my choices reflected my personal style and was instantly available for any and all questions. I am honored that we created a lasting friendship. Harry Brown was a magician in being able to “see” the project and recognize potential challenges before they happened - patient in his explanations and solid in his extensive knowledge. Parker Hensley was my resolution go-to person following up on the minute details once I moved in. He is a pleasure to work with - responsive and respectful when coordinating follow-up details. Urban NW Homes has my highest recommendation for their ability to bring my dream of an exceptionally energy efficient custom built home to fruition.

Urban NW Homes has just completed the construction of my custom home and I can truly say that my home far exceeds all of my expectations. As a disabled person, it meant so much to me that my needs were always put first during the planning process. The design, workmanship and attention to detail are wonderful. Not only was the house designed and built beautifully, the process of the build was fantastic. From the first meeting before the groundbreaking to its completion every person I dealt with went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Jenna was there to help me with my design choices. She guided me and gave wonderful suggestions without ever losing sight of my vision. Travis, who supervised the construction, was always mindful of my disability and made sure that everything would be accessible to me. Jennifer who orchestrated everything from placement of fixtures to landscaping was very dependable. She kept my mind at ease by knowing, at a moment's notice, the status of anything I was concerned about. Now that I am in my home, Parker is always eager to help me out with any question or problem I may have. Not only were these people competent, everyone at Urban NW Homes were a delight to do business with. I was always presented with solutions rather than problems. It was great to have the opportunity to deal with wonderful, positive people every day instead of being plagued by the problems that can surround building a home. After working with Urban Northwest for a year to build our dream home I was sent an email saying they were terminating our contract. Apparently they’re one of only a few builders that hide that clause in their contract allowing them to do that. We are devastated.

Urban NW Homes gives you that personal touch that is lacking from other mass market builders. After being frustrated trying to find my forever home, I found my way to Urban NW Homes. They had so many floor plans to choose from, and the freedom to customize. Jennifer was with me every step of the way. She always had time to answer my questions. She kept me up to date throughout the building process. I have been moved in my house for a month now, and she still asks how I am enjoying my house. This is a very welcoming community. I was finally able to have my forever home.

As an Interior Designer, I have worked with many builders throughout the PNW and Urban NW Homes has by far exceeded my expectations. Their homes are built with quality and perfection. What other home builders would consider as upgrades, Urban offers as standard features in each of their homes. I could not ask for a better overall experience. The Urban Homes team are the most professional and warm people who where there for me. They helped me with the walk through which I appreciate. They were there for me at the escrow office which I was glad because she was able to explain things.
