Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Penn Laird, VA., Valley Renovators Inc. is a licensed and bonded general contracting company. Since its inception, we have focused our efforts on a variety of construction projects including approximately 500 attached and detached new homes, residential and commercial remodeling, light commercial construction, land development and commercial consulting projects in and around Rockingham County, Augusta County, Warren County, and the City of Harrisonburg as well as Eastern West Virginia. VRI employs 22 Hourly workers consisting of an Estimator/Planner, Contract Administrator, Several Project Managers, carpenters, carpenter apprentices, painters, laborers, and office staff. Total combined experience is in the excess of 100 Years in a variety of construction disciplines. Our exposure in both new construction and remodeling in residential and commercial environments provide for a versatile team to accomplish our customer's goals. We take great pride in that we have also maintained a 100% "on schedule" delivery of all the projects where we have been involved.
