Very good communication, I think that's the most important when you hire a contractor, we had a great experience with this company. All was done to our satisfaction. We appreciated their honesty, great attitude, as well as their level of expertise and professionalism. We also appreciated that a thorough inspection of the house was done prior to repair so as to know where there were any cracks and stucco that needed to be filled and touched up. They were on time every working day, did not waste any time, and finished the whole job in less than two weeks. We are very pleased and happy that we had W and W Builders Group Inc. do the job! I felt that their pricing was fair for the work they did. I would use their service again and I would recommend them to others. Experts have done this work quickly and efficiently, for which many thanks to them.

The idea of planning a remodel is super exiting and fun, until you have to pay for it all and have your house torn apart. Looking through catalogs and seeing all the possibilities of what could be had my mom excited so she went ahead and committed to remodeling her kitchen and bathroom! Then de-committed and recommitted. You know how moms can be... I helped with the search of finding a good company. I stumbled upon w and w builders group pretty quick and we decided to go with them. So glad we did!! Everyone at their company is so easy going and friendly! Most people have that fear of dealing with a Hugo (no offense to any Hugos but we dealt with a guy in the past..) and he never returns calls, leaves work undone, shows up late, over charges you for stuff, communication sucks and you are miserable throughout the experience. We worked with a guy named Gil. Good guy. w and w made it all so easy! Free consultation, so many vendors to choose from. And they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of things I didn't want or need. They kept their needs catered to what we wanted. They worked quick but efficiently, and the work turned out amazing. And the best part... they will do everything they can to work with your budget. So if you need some work done and are a little worried about your budget this is the company to go with!

Let me start off by saying, I had researched multiple construction companies (reviews, referrals and decided to contact the top 3 that I thought would get our business). Well, needless to say, we went with w and w builders group! god bless Houzz for pointed us in the right direction and we couldn't be more happy with hiring them! I've heard horror stories about contractors not completing the work, not being honest, etc. Well, we never had those issues with this company. Right from the get go, Gil, the Project Manager, was absolutely transparent and the level of communication from him was outstanding!!! w and w took care of everything we needed done from design (architecture, 3D RENDRING, engineering , etc.) to permits and construction - it was the best experience we could ever had with our garage conversion to an ADU (additional dwelling unit). If you want stellar customer service, top quality workmanship and workers with good work ethics - contact w and w builders group and ask for Gil Perez! still amazed how our old garage became such an elegant 1 bedroom suite, all completed with a kitchenette and a master bathroom! Highly recommended !

We (couple with a 1.5 year-old moving into a small 2BR) went with w and w builders group for a gut renovation project. it was a trust sale- this particular apartment had not been renovated since the building was built in 1920s. During our initial meetings, Gil (the Project manager) met with us a few times and explained in great detail the labor and expected finished material costs for the project, as well as some potential pitfalls. We requested more line items for a few general items on the estimate, and Gil quickly provided them. The level of detail in the estimate inspired confidence. Our initial meeting with Magen (project manager) and Kerry (the Designer) also went well. Extremely energetic, she was on time for each of these early meetings (as well as all subsequent ones) with samples and excellent, high-quality solutions at reasonable cost for things like tiles, countertops, cabinets, floor options, wall options, light fixtures, yadda yadda yadda. We didn’t have a complete vision for our apartment, and really needed help. Magen's creativity and aesthetic judgment was extremely necessary in getting things going in a reasonable time frame.(and price) She was fast—and it was not like we did not change our minds on things:) Particularly in the kitchen and bathroom—Magen transformed them in our eyes with a focus more on possibilities than constraints. She listened to our preferences and came back to us with reasonable options that fit the bill. Gil's claims of transparency turned out to be true. I kept a spreadsheet of costs etc. and occasionally checked costs for certain items, and not once did I conclude that there was a real discrepancy. The final cost was within dollars of my own calculation. we enjoyed working with him. The real star of the show was Magen Peretz. We have been living in this apartment for a week now and especially her recommendations that we were not sure about at first have turned out great. The recessed lighting adding just a few inches to existing beams is marvelous. The kitchen and bathroom are great—a marriage of form and function.

If I was able to give more than five stars, I would. I just finished a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel with W and W builders and I couldn’t be happier. Exactly what I could have hoped for and more. Magen was unbelievable and with such an amazing and genuine team to know also on a personal level. All professional in what they do, with so much knowledge and experience in their line of work. They helped and guided me through the whole process which I appreciated it the most. Pricing was reasonably and I defiantly got my money’s worth. My home was built back in the 60’s and I feel as if it was reborn again. Taking care of everything from old panels and updating everything to code. I couldn’t be more thankful. Magen has a great vision and perspective on everything and helped with the smallest details. The team kept my home clean, making reason with the situation, of course. Quick and on time—everything was right in place. Thank you so much W and W I couldn’t be happier with the final results. Though I believe that the home I’ve lived in for the last ten years is beautiful, my children are getting older and there just isn’t enough space anymore. I decided to have an addition to my house to expand my children’s bedrooms and add a bathroom. Adam with W And W Builders Group guided me meticulously thought the whole process. From creating the floor plan up to the execution and finished product. Both my kids have a lot more space now and no longer feel cramped. We have just finished the renovation of our two bathrooms, room addition for my new baby and kitchen renovation with w and w builders group. We are very happy with the result and the process itself. The bathrooms and kitchen look gorgeous and the 420 square feet master addition is exactly what I wanted, Keep in mind I just delivered a new born and it was important for us that the project would be finished within the time line. We interviewed several general contractors and ultimately selected w and w builders group because of Adam and Magen's enthusiasm and the fact that they where able to work with our targeted timeline. Adam was very knowledgeable and patient with me.... he was always on top of the project progress and texted/emailed/called me to maintain consistent communications. Throughout the process w and w crews showed up on time, worked diligently, and were easy to communicate with. In particular the tile guy was very hardworking and detail-oriented. Towards the end of the project, a few minor items were not quite done to our liking. When we mentioned it to Magen she had the crew fixing it right away and made it perfect. With all the horror stories you hear about contractors, we feel very lucky that we found w and w builders group Services and you will too! From A to Z this company delivered quality work, good craftsmanship, great communication and most importantly finished the job on time.

My son got married and moved out, so with just one car, I used my front yard for parking and the garage stayed empty.. Well not exactly empty because it looked like a storage room, full of unnecessary stuff I storage there and forgot about. I then decided that its about time to make some changes, so I hired W AND W BUILDERS GROUP to make an ADU from my garage. I thought that garage conversion will be a great way to increase the value of my house, get an extra room and make the most out of my place. W and W team created an amazing floor plan and transformed my old garage into a beautiful new master suit! can’t believe that instead of an old unused garage I got this amazing master-suit that I plan to rent out , get some extra cash and return my investment ! This project was well worth the money, I would highly recommend this company if you need a high quality garage conversion!

My wife and I decided to remodel a kitchen, because it was outdated and messy, so we started looking for a reliable contractor. We contacted several remodeling companies on Houzz, most of them were pricy and some of them had their schedule full. Luckily we found W and W, their schedule was flexible, the manager very straightforward and offered an affordable kitchen remodeling plan. The project started on time, a week later, exactly when agreed. They installed an amazing granite kitchen countertop, beautiful cabinetry and replaced the old tiles with the new ones. Both the plumbing and the electricity job were done flawlessly. We can’t complain on any of the workers, because they were professional, hard-working, polite and cleaned up the working place each day. The end result is awesome, we couldn’t be happier with the job done. Our new kitchen looks like the ones from magazines and now it is our favorite room in the house. We used w and w builders group for house bolting and retrofit in December. Met with Adam for estimate. Everything thoroughly explained. I had an estimate in hand same day! I got estimate from 3 other companies previous and their's was the best. They were booked for estimates and actual work days about 4 weeks ahead. I did not mind waiting because of their great customer service and professionalism.

We have a big backyard with a ton of space we weren't necessarily using. Our idea was to add a large 450 square foot addition, which we felt would add a lot of room and value to our living space. We had the idea, but we were worried about how much time and work it would take to actually get it done. We had a meeting with Gil, who walked us through the whole process. We were pleasantly surprised to hear they took care of everything, from the blueprints to the construction. They dealt with the city, getting all the permits approved. They delivered a finished addition in the time promised, and also stayed within their quote. We started off thinking this whole project would be incredibly stressful and weren't sure if it would be worth it. Working with W AND W BUILDERS GROUP made the whole experience easy and worry free. We are incredibly happy with the way the project came out. We would highly recommend w and w for any home renovation or addition projects.

I would like to recommend W And W Builders Group and Magen for anyone considering remodeling their house. I wanted to remove a fireplace and chimney from a two story home and build some bookshelves. I solicited a bid from another contractor and was given a very high estimate and wondered if I could afford the construction I wanted to do. I don't recall how I came across W and W Builders Group but after reading the other reviews, I contacted them hopeful that they would be able to do the job for a cost within my budget. I spoke to Magen over the phone and she seemed pretty knowledgeable and amenable to the project and we scheduled an appointment. A few days after viewing my property and discussing the project, she provided me with a very detailed estimate itemizing everything that we had discussed for an amount that was about 25% less of what the other contractor quoted. Because of the nature of the remodel affecting load bearing beams and the like, Magen referred me to the architect, Mike ALL TRADES. Mike came out and gave me a couple of great ideas that I did not consider and did a wonderful job in quickly drawing up the detailed blue prints and working with an engineer that he recommended, who also worked quickly to provide Mike the necessary support to obtain the plan check approval from the City of San Jose Building Division, Permit Technician. Once Mike submitted the plans to Magen, she quickly incorporated the changes into a revised estimate which was still within my budget. The scope of the project increased from what I initially intended but it turned out much better than I had hoped thanks to Mike's great suggestions and Magen's capable construction team. I mostly dealt with the Project Manager, Camilio during the construction phase and he did a very conscientious job scheduling workers just about every work day and keeping me apprised of the activity scheduled. I was very pleased with the performance of all of the tradesmen as they all exhibited great skill at their various jobs. I've dealt with many contractors over the years and there are many flakes out there who don't want to go through the permit process because of their own ineptness. I even had a contractor who was referred by a big box store try to talk me out of obtaining a permit on a bathroom remodel. I've had another contractor threaten to walk off the job because of the issues raised by the city inspector and his difficulty in complying with them. You won't suffer that type of nonsense with Magen. Magen is by the book! I've already referred a friend to Magen and discussed my next project with her a couple of years down the road. Highly recommended.

What an experience! After many months (and quite a bit of scope creep on our part), we could not be happier with the care and professionalism we received, and the beautiful end results achieved by W and W Builders Group. Magen and Gil are easygoing, smart, and calm under pressure. They made intelligent suggestions, entertained and quelled our process concerns, and managed our entire project with thoughtful attention to detail. And everyone, from Gil and Inspired's staff, to their elite subcontractors, was responsive, efficient, patient with newbies, and highly capable. They didn't disturb the neighborhood (we heard just the opposite from neighbors), cleaned up daily, and were 100% respectful and professional. Our whole house looks awesome! In advance of selecting W And W we interviewed several local contractors, and W And W'S advice, process, price, and responsiveness were all on point. The only problem was, there was a line of other people's projects that were ahead of ours, and we'd need to wait a couple of weeks before starting. Well, our patience certainly paid off nicely, the queue indicative of others' smart hiring decisions. So, what everyone else is saying here on Houzz is certainly true - W AND W BUILDERS GROUP is the real deal, and if you're looking to hire a trustworthy contractor to make your vision a reality, there's no need to look any further.

I'm not sure if W And W Builders Group needs any more 5-star reviews, but I'm definitely another of their many happy clients. Everyone from W And W Builders Group Construction was a pleasure to work with, and they did high quality work. I was especially impressed about how they handle non-routine projects that require ingenuity and problem solving. I've experienced other contractors who can only do cookie cutter type jobs. Gil and His crew are smart, experienced, professional resourceful and super courteous. Thank you !

I cannot recommend W And W Builders Group Inc highly enough. We hired them in the summer for a major bathroom expansion/remodel, kitchen remodel and also to build a wall within a larger room to create a walk-in closet. We had such a positive experience with them that I hired them for additional projects, including re-sloping and tiling of our backyard patio. During the bathroom and kitchen remodel, we lived in the house the entire time and they were always very professional and courteous. I worked primarily with Magen and also with Gil. Both were excellent to work with...their communication was great and they really know what they're doing. I chose an extremely complicated floor tile (hexagonal with a pattern) that they laid with extreme attention to detail, and many other professionals (such as the shower door glass installer who probably sees a ton of bathrooms) was super impressed by. The whole project was completed on time and on budget. The backyard work was also done with the same attention to detail and workmanship. Their work ethic is exceptional. This was my first experience hiring a contractor, and I cant imagine it going better. Thank you Gil and Magen!!!

I highly recommend Magen and Gil, the project managers of W And W Builders Group , they helped me , from start to finish to get an EXTREMELY difficult City Permits for a residential project at my home in Malibu. For the actual construction I used their crew's, They were fast , timely, efficient and cost effective!!!!! BRAVO !!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and include Magen on any job you put out for bid... I had her and her crew do a fairly large concrete patio, new pool, retaining wall and planter job in my back yard and the results were top notch. When the job was complete and I asked her to address a few minor items, they were resolved promptly and with a smile. She does great work at a reasonable price and is a pleasure to deal with. I will call Magen first with any future work needed!

W and W Builders Group did a big remodel on our home in 2017. Gil was our project manager. It was a 7 month project, and he and his crew did a fabulous job! The job was completed on time, and the results are beautiful. Gil and his staff really became a part of our family during that time, especially his foreman, Fidel! We are especially happy at how the "old" part of our home transitions in to the "new" seamlessly, it doesn't look like "oh here's the new addition" tacked on...... Gil Perez, Great Contractor, great guy......

W and W Builders Group and their project manager Gil did a terrific job renovating our kitchen. It was a complete gut and rebuild that involved tearing out old cabinets, flooring, and partial wall removal. Our project was completed in less time than planned and only slightly over budget (due to a few unforeseen extras and add-ons requested by us). Gil is a true professional - prompt, responsive, and delivers a quality product. Gil actively provided updates on the project and communicated additional costs in advance and provided alternatives whenever possible so we didn't feel locked in to one solution. Gil's crew is highly qualified and reliable. They took great care to contain construction to the allotted space and worked efficiently without sacrificing quality for speed. We're thrilled with the end result and would absolutely consider contracting with Gil on future projects.

My husband and I recently purchased a house , it was old , but we loved it! Our goal was to make it comfortable , most important I wanted it to be warm . My husband is at work most off the day , therefore the task of finding the right company was on me. I asked for several contractors to come and give me a price for the project, W and W Builders Group was the 4 th company who came over, I met Magen and Gil, siblings, work as a team. The price they gave me wasn’t the cheapest from all, but something in their attitude was so welcoming it made me feel safe. They delivered everything they promised!
