This customer's review and statements are an out right lie. In regards to her gutters leaking we went out there several time including times it was raining. They never leaked and what the customer is referring too is the rain hitting the front face of the guttering and dripping down the front face. This is not a leak but a product of what happens when it rains. Also, the customer called in about her roof one time and told us not to even bother coming out because it was not a leak but condensation in her house. This issue can be resolved with a dehumidifier and is not even a roof issue. She lives in a single wide aluminum trailer which are notorious for condensation issues stemming from windows and aluminum siding along with numerous other causes none of which would be tied to a metal roof.
