Woolrich Group Designed Renovations

We are thrilled with our new home, renovated by Woolrich Group. After meeting with the team at Woolrich, we felt comfortable and confident that they could do the job. Cecily listened and took time to understand our tastes and style and how we wanted to change the space to be more functional for our family. The proposed design and solutions offered were more than we could have hoped for! Woolrich made the process easy and seamless. We had high standards for quality and Woolrich didn’t disappoint – any minor deficiency was corrected immediately without hassle. And best of all, the renovation was completed on-time in 10 weeks. We never felt like we were just another customer to Cecily and Bruce - we always felt they were deeply invested in ensuring we were completely happy with the finished project. We would trust Woolrich to do another renovation for us.

I cannot say enough good things about Woolrich Group and how happy I am with our new bathrooms. Our old bathrooms were out of date and the ensuite in particular required a reconfiguration. We had a really challenging bay window in an awkward location and were really keen to swap the location of two other elements in the space for better flow. Woolrich Group did a great job bringing the whole process together from conception to design and construction. The new spaces are light, clean and modern. I would recommend Woolrich Group to family and friends because of their organized and creative approach to renovation.

Amazing job. From day one to the last day - excellent design / special thanks Cecily and Shaina/ , very professional trades people and general organization / Charles /coordinator for our project/ extremely professional and hardworking person. ALL CONTRACTORS working for Woolrich did a good job and its hard to say who is the best, because - they are all the best in each trade. So the project was as stress free as it can get. Anna /my 9 years old daughter/ told me '' You know daddy our house did not match now - its beautiful inside but outside its about same as other houses''. I thing a new project is on the horizon now. Do I have to say more?

From demo to completion the Woolrich team was professional, knowledgeable and committed to providing high quality service. We trusted them to make our house into the home that we new it could become. Throughout the entire process their goal was to ensure we were completely satisfied. The timelines that were set for the project were maintained and the Woolrich team came under budget! Overall we were extremely pleased with the Woolrich team members. They were personable, professional and responsive to our inquiries and concerns. The communcations of the Woolrich team, were clear and any delays were explained. Meetings were set to accomodate our schedule and the team members arrived on time. The various trades, used by Woolrich could not have been better. They were professional, polite and very competent.

We met with a few contractors but decided to go with Woolrich because we liked that they took the time to really listen to what we wanted, as well as understand what we weren’t sure about. We were impressed that they didn't come across as salespeople - they were down to earth and easy to talk to. Cecily, Bruce. and Kelsey were amazing to work with. They were knowledgable, had a lot of different ideas and were able to switch gears when we wanted to go different directions. The customer service is 2nd to none! The work they accomplished was exceptional and we were so proud to show-case our house not just to our family and friends but on social media. They made the whole process pretty easy because they have great experience working with all types of people - both sub-contractors and customers. And most importantly, they love their jobs! We had our whole house renovated - upstairs and downstairs - we rented a house while they worked on our house and within 4 months, we were back in our newly renovated house for Christmas! Even after the renovation, Bruce and his team came back to tie up loose ends and finish / fix small things - proving their dedication and commitment to making the experience for us unforgettable. 5/5 Stars to the incredible team at Woolwich.

The team worked hard, were considerate, conscientious and reliable and we felt comfortable having them in our home. Numerous trades were involved including plumbing , electrical, drywalling, painting and tiling, designing etc. They assisted enormously in sourcing appliances and fittings. From start to finish they were professional and we are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom. We would recommend them for your renovation.

We decided to go with Woolrich after meeting with multiple contractors for many reasons. First, Cecily was prompt and came with an open mind, really listening to what we wanted and what was best for our famiky. Second, she was very quick getting a quote back and did not hide fees. Cecily and her team were very open and upfront with costs and were willing to work with us to reduxr costs where we could. The design process was fun and easy with Woolrich and Bruce was very open with his communications and easily accessible. We LOVE our renovations and the whole process was really made as painless as possible by Woolrich. The quality in supplies and workmanship are evident. They stand by their products and will come and fix something promptly until it is done to your satisfacrion. Whenever we do more renovations, Woolrich will be who we go with!

Woolrich Group team were very competent professionals who renovated my boutique. They continuously were communicating with my landlord and ensuring that they are aligned. As well they were able to pull permits in a timely manner. In addition, they did a fantastic job on the renovations to my shop and completed the project earlier than scheduled.
