We used Zinran Construction Services Inc. to change out our kitchen countertops and island, replacing granite with new Cambria Quartz. Grant Parcells handled all of the details from planning through installation in a thorough, well thought out process. After exploring color and style samples he furnished, Grant arranged a meeting with the supplier where we all discussed options, viewed samples, and made a final selection. All of the details of scheduling, moving appliances and selecting a plumber and style of sink prior to installation day, were handled seamlessly. We were particularly concerned that the process to remove the granite could be done without disturbing the tile back splash that we wanted to retain and that job was done perfectly. In our retirement, we suddenly realized that our wonderful two story home of the last 35 years on the lake in the woods but minutes away from St. Paul and Minneapolis would soon be trouble for us both. Our only hope to stay here was an elevator! Fortunately we found Grant Parcels with a plan that fitted our needs perfectly! We could use closet spaces to avoid losing any living space and get it designed so that it looks like it was an original part of house, fitting in perfectly with room decor upstairs and down. It was going to take a few months to install but Grant was glad to work over the winter months while we were out of town in our California condo! We had a safe and secure home all winter and upon arrival in the spring found the beautiful finished product working like a swiss clock! We plan to stay in our most favorite place anywhere for the rest of our years thanks to Grant and his masterful elevator installation job!

After meeting with many contractors, I knew I felt confident in choosing Zinran for my bathroom remodel project. I was extremely happy with Grant as he walked me through the many steps of choosing colors, designs and costs. The inconvenience of a remodel project in your house is a given, but each subcontractor was careful to respect the space in my home and their skills (electrical, plumbing, cabinet building, painting, etc) were wonderful. A few issues along the way were handled so professionally by Grant and he quickly solved every issue. He also answered my many questions before and during the project. The project moved along at a good pace and I am completely happy with the results. A smaller laundry room and storage room project done by Ziinran also left me completely satisfied with custom built cabinets and the removal of an old heavy laundry sink. I would recommend Grant and Zinran Construction for any home remodeling project. A Happy Customer, Diane.

He operates with a customer first mindset and provides timely and honest communication. If there is a problem (which is infrequent) he doesn't brush it away but tackles it head on until its right. Grant has deep knowledge and experience in construction and remodeling services. We've had design ideas that can be out of the norm and he is able to execute on those ideas with quality outcomes. We have successfully completed an updating the master bathroom, deck projects, kitchen projects and many other small projects. We appreciated Grant's wisdom and ideas throughout the projects. In the master bathroom we successfully added a door and trim for the toilet room, updated the tile, counter top, sinks and faucets. We replaced the decking and rails on the decks and increased the structural integrity. In the kitchen, we replaced the kitchen sink faucet and repaired cabinet doors. The planning before the project started made me feel comfortable that nothing was left out..The project moved along on schedule and was finished in 3 months, which is what we were told. We had our entire front door, side panels and frame replaced due to rotting wood. Zinran was recommended to us by our neighbors. Grant was very responsive, communicated clearly, walked us through what work he would do, when it would get done, etc. The work was completed as stated with no hidden additional charges nor "surprise" charges and the quality was great!
