For one of my customers I discovered the refrigerator chosen by my client was not going to fit. Peter looked for good alternatives and even physically checked that the information listed in the manufacturer specification was correct. He went out into his showroom and opened the door to that refrigerator to make sure they opened next to a wall.”

The showroom is gorgeous and the friendly veteran sales people know their stuff. Southington is a bit of a haul from Southeastern CT but every client I have sent there has been totally satisfied and found it well worth the trip. Where else can you go and see such diverse product selections like GE, Viking, Wolf, Bosch, Heatilator Fireplaces and Home Theater under one roof?
They even hand delivered a cooktop to a client in St. Thomas USVI for me a few years ago. Now that is customer service.
