“Sharon did a complete remodel on our Activity Center last year and we still get compliments almost daily. Any new resident who comes through our doors are completely impressed with the beauty of our center. Sharon is personable and so talented. She gave me choices which she recommended which allowed me to be a part of the design element. As we were on a strict budget, she even shopped resale shops for some of our furnishings and repurposed older furniture to make it look like new! Several people who have been to our center have hired her after seeing our building. We are located at 105 Cross Creek in Lakeway (8-5 M-f) if you want to check it out for yourself.”

“I cant say enough about Next Level Austin. I looked at many interior designers when we moved to Austin. I instantly fell in love with Janice, Dana, and her team. They were very professional and I felt like she immediately captured the vision of what I wanted. Janice was able to give me many options on how to keep the cost down without sacrificing the quality I was looking for. Another thing that really helped me was that she was able to bring the items to my house and I was able to see what it would look like in my house before I even purchased the item. I originally hired her to design my living room. I loved the finished look so much that we went on to redesign my dinning room, my kitchen, my entryway, my staircase, and we are currently working on the flooring in my master bedroom, stairs, and upstairs landing. I love working with Janice and Dana. I feel like they know how to design with class and sophistication. I plan on using Next Level Austin for years to come.”

“After being in our home for a few years we decided to change the look of certain areas. Because of all the positive reviews that we read about Sarah Rice Maldonado, I decided to contact her. After consulting with her it was evident that the reviews were correct. Sarah developed a new design for us. The design used the layout of the rooms more efficiently. She recommended I purchase a few new items that made the area flow better and look larger. Sarah has a very positive attitude and was very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has a very keen eye for design. As a result of her hard work and expertise Sarah made our home more warm and inviting. I loved everything she designed. The touch of colors and the flower arrangement are beautiful!!! I will definitely recommend her to friends and family. Sarah thank you for your dedication and determination to make our home perfect.”

The information we requested was given to us on time, it was thorough, she has good eye for scale, balance and color, she does a good job with her paperwork trail, and she is able to make timely suggestions. “If you’re looking for a sign to work with Sherlita on your next big project, here it is! Sherlita has been my go-to designer for over 4 years. Over the course of our relationship, she has sourced pieces for, planned, designed, and decorated the entryway, living spaces, and dining areas in my previous apartment and my current home. Sherlita has a superior eye for detail and is able to deliver fantastic results even when I give her a very vague plan. When I told her I wanted a modern yet timeless aesthetic for my living room, she whipped up a stunning color palette and filled my room with one-of-a kind pieces that brought my dream to life. To top it all off—it fit well within my budget. Partnering with Sherlita is always a great experience because she makes all of the steps easy. I don’t have to do a thing except tell her my design dreams. She knows exactly where to go to source unique things that NO ONE else has. Whether it’s a painting job or a floor refinish, she has intimate knowledgeable about the processes and always has a high-quality contact to help finish the job. When it comes to interior design, you definitely get what you pay for. Sherlita is a consummate professional through and through. “Sara helped me with my kitchen refresh and I couldn't be happier. I had a quartzite slab picked out that I was in love with and she helped me select colors for my walls and cabinets, and pick a backsplash that coordinated with the counters. I had originally been leaning towards just a simple white subway tile backsplash, but after talking to Sara, I realized that my kitchen layout would be better suited for a more geometric shaped backsplash because there were already so many long horizontal lines. I never would have thought of something like that without Sara. Sara also patiently answered about 65 photo text messages and emails from me and she pulled together a spot on mood board which gave me great direction for some small improvements I want to do in the kitchen in the future (like light fixtures and a new table). I am so in love with my kitchen and really loved working with Sara at Bandd Design!”

“Joanie from DeNa's did an amazing job helping me decorate my living room! She was very good about listening to what I wanted the room to feel like, but she also offered suggestions that helped me be a bit more adventurous. I had drapes made for two very large windows and two kitchen windows. She also helped me recover my couch and find just he the right paint. Everything looks so good and I always get compliments on how warm and welcoming my home is.”
