She did a phenomenal job with the design and with the selection, coordination and monitoring of the contractors selected for the various remodel jobs. We are extremely pleased with the results. “Shoshi helped us with designing our new house. The house was in overall good condition and move-in-ready, but not to our liking and taste. She helped us pick out and design the fireplace, hand-railing for the staircase, vanity cabinet for the master bathroom, all of the rugs in the house and some of the decorations. We were very content and happy with the final outcome. Shoshi is very professional, patient and hard working, and invested a considerable amount of time and effort to get things just right. She did a great job modernizing the house, which had a very traditional style to it before. We would warmly recommend her to everyone considering to redesign their house.”

“Candace Nordquist is a Certified Kitchen design professional. She transformed our kitchen, seating area, family room, and entry into beautiful, highly functional, and comfortable spaces. She provided the design, material selection, coordination or purchase of materials, and recommended highly capable subcontractors I used to finish the project. Our waterfront house needed to have the view maintained or enhanced, the materials and colors needed to be capable of intense direct sunlight, and the traffic flow from the kitchen to the deck supported. She reorganized the kitchen placing flat surfaces between the arriving guest and the view. The tall elements were concentrated on the back wall giving a solid welcoming feel. Her 38" high waterfall granite table provides seating to enjoy the view. There are 28 cabinet drawers for storage, and the food prep, cooking, and clean up areas are all well organized. The electrical plan was also an integral part of the overall design. The under cabinet power outlets are especially nice and have minimized wall outlets. The lighting is able to be changed to create a variety of moods as well as provide specific task lighting. It is a pleasure to cook and entertain in this kitchen.”

“NIBIO is amazing. I was living in a really impossible space with a huge room that was awkward. Nicolette rapid fire gave ideas in our consultation and then she had this brilliant idea of moving the bed to a corner leaving an area open to an office and also changing the flow of space which helped so much. The result was completely different living space. I really like working with this designer. She comes up with ideas quickly, listened to how I wanted to use the space, and her communication is the best I've seen from any professional, period. Nicolette is direct and kind, and if you want to work with a cleaver creative with creates beautiful spaces, call her.”

“I started working with Nancy Finneson of DeMane Design, to remodel my master bathroom. To date, I’ve remodeled all four bathrooms in my home using her design services. She listened to my ideas and preferences and expanded on them to give me beautiful, updated rooms that are better than I could have imagined. Nancy designed a built in cabinet for my master bath that gave me storage I never thought possible, in addition to upgrading its entire look. In one of my guest baths her use of tile and glass accent tile made a simple bathroom into something elegant. Nancy was tireless in her search to help me find just the right paint color, cabinets, tile and lights which all came together beautifully. I love my new bathrooms and couldn't have done it without her!”

“Tammara is a fabulous designer to work with! She listens carefully to your abstract ideas, quickly figures out your style and comes up with the perfect way to implement that style. Tammara has helped us with furniture ideas, a kitchen remodel, window treatments, rugs, cushions, art work, painting, back yard design, etc. She works fast, can be budget-conscious when needed, is easily accessible via email & text, is happy to meet any time, and she passes on her wonderful discounts. We've been working with Tammara for about 2 years now, and I have a feeling we'll be working with Tammara in the years to come as well. She's worth every penny!”
