“I had Metro Glass install a shower glass door for me recently. Before starting, I did some research and had quotes from four different companies before deciding to go with Metro Glass. It wasn't because their price was the cheapest, but because Zoltan's service and first impression was the best. Their quoted price was fairly competitive, plus they had the option of adding the Ultra Clear glass option which did not raise the price too much. Zoltan first came over to my place and spent about half an hour taking measurements in order to provide me with a quote the next day. He was very easy to talk to, and he took the time to listen to how I wanted my glass door different from the usual (I wanted the hinges in the middle, so that the door swings out from the side). He explained how and where the supporting clips are going to be placed in the walls, and in the end I had a good idea how the glass door will be installed. Zoltan also looked around my shower stall, and at my shower curb and pointed out that it should slope/pitch back towards the drain. Most importantly, he brought along glass samples to show me how the Ultra-Clear glass would look compared to the usual glass. I could keep the samples too so that I could discuss it over with my wife. He never once pressured me to choose the slightly more expensive option. After waiting for less than two weeks, the glass was ready, and the installation was completed within two hours by Zoltan and his friend, Andrew. It was quick and the workmanship was very good, as I couldn't find any faults, misalignments in the glass placements, and the glass panels were all very even. Another nice thing was that payment was needed only after installation, and no deposit was required at all. I would highly recommend Metro Glass!”
