Hired Jason to replace a broken glass panel in a garage door for a client. The client took 4 days to approve bid on August 12. Jason said he could go measure the following week and provided he could "squeeze in the job". - get it installed. I learn today that he was too busy these past two weeks to go measure it- and because he just measured it two days ago, won't get the glass in time to install it before going hunting for the entire month of September. He was hired because of his commitment to get the glass installed by the listing date of 8/27. He told me it's not his problem.
