Glass crafters came in and did an amazing job on a stair rail in my home for a very fair price. It took a little longer than expected to get the materials, but they kept me up to date on the progress. There was also a minor installation issue with some damage to the house and the railing not binding correctly. They promptly fixed both issues and were very friendly, professional and courteous throughout the whole process.

Glass Crafters is a company I have, and will continue to recommend to anyone looking for this type of service. They helped us repair an existing shower door, which we thought would have to be replaced, and we didn't know if we wanted to replace it at that time. What I love about Glass Crafters is the honesty you receive. We knew they had our best interest in mind, and provided their expertise in fixing the shower. The gentlemen who came and fixed the shower were courteous and worked quickly. We will use Glass Crafters for any of our glass needs.
