Very shady practices and people in this Company. Stay away from them! its waste of time, my energy. The experience with them....you really don't want to go thru.

WARNING! There is a reason why this company is not BBB accredited, and lacks ranking on Angie's List. Sparing the details regarding this entity's botched shower installation (initiated by Ivan) at a high value home, the key takeaways are that not only are the field staff incapable and dishonest, but so is the in-office personnel who claims to be "management." Specifically, a female who goes by the name "Lupita." After verbally agreeing to issue a refund check sent via certified mail, Lupita has failed to act, citing personal reasons. Anyone expecting a high level of service, quality and professionalism should avoid Imperial Glass at all costs, and take their business elsewhere. We are now enlisting attorney action for resolve.

Sales was helpful and spent time reviewing the process. They scheduled quickly. Courteous staff. Team even took off their shoes. Hopeful the finished product batches the good start!

Don't Use this COMPANY! I had a horrible experience with this company. Here is a few things they did: 1. They installed the shower door the incorrect way and took 3 months to switch it around. 2. They installed handrail system crooked... had to realign posts. 3. They called me right before they were going to install glass and said they wanted to charge me an extra $2000, is that ok? NO THAT IS NOT. 4. I asked for my refund for the portion of my deposit due to me 3 months ago and just now they are giving me a check lower than we discussed. Overall, poor service, poor communication, poor scheduling - delayed scheduling... just do not pick this company.
