The work done by J&R Glass (two glass shower doors) was very professional. They came on time, left the job site cleaner than before and the final result of the work is exactly what we wanted. On top of that they were extremely gracious.

I had a glass shower consisting of a door and 2 other pieces. Product is outstanding and looks great. Excellent communication with Mike from pre-measurement right through installation. Mike listened to my preferences and it was delivered as expected. On installation day, the team took care to lay cardboard and not trash my floors on the way to the bathroom.

They installed a 1/2 wall and door in the shower of my new bathroom and I absolutely love it! They were very professional, courteous and clean. Also explained how to care for the product to keep it looking great for many years.

JR Glass was fantastic! They sent someone right away to measure the shattered glass on my sliding door. Got a quote the same day. Informed me of how long it would take to come in and were accurate. Set up appointment for 12:30 pm. Got a call to let me know they were running behind on prior job and arrived at 1:30 pm as stated. The two gentlemen that came for the install were friendly and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job! Even took the time to adjust the lock on the slider because it wasn't locking and now it does! I would highly recommend them for all your glass needs!

Shane and Luis installed my glass shower doors on Friday. The doors look awesome. Shane and Luis arrived on time, and were very polite and courteous. The workmanship was top notch. The bathrooms were spotless after they left.

I recently ordered a Frameless glass shower enclosure from J R Glass of Fitchburg, MA. I was very pleased with the consultation provided by their Technician, Mike. He was very knowledgeable as to the choices and details available as well as very professional in assisting me in my choice. The enclosure was installed about 2 months ago and I am extremely satisfied. The quality of the product and the install -- PERFECT! Mike also instructed me in the proper care of this enclosure. Timeliness of the install occurred as promised, follow up provided by them to check on my satisfaction, cannot say enough. A superb, A+, 5 star experience. Being a Surgeon I am a perfectionist. Mike came and measured our job and got back to us quickly with a price. We felt the price was reasonable and he explained the options available. Once we gave the OK our 2 shower doors were installed on time with no hassle. The guys did a great job of cleaning up and the doors look fantastic! Great experience!
