Ordered shower door hardware and paid for expedited 2 day shipping. Item arrived 6 days later. I requested a refund of S/H and was told I would get it. 1 day later they cancelled the refund for S/H. Then I noticed the item I order was to be brushed nickel finished but arrived as stainless steel. Box part number indicated brushed Nickel. Contacted CS and was told that was their only finish. I requested to return it. I was not given a return label so I had to pay for return shipping. I was refunded only after I contact them again a few days after my item arrived but after they kept a 20% restocking fee. This return was not because I changed my mind on a product but it was for a incorrect website description. I should be refunded my full amount. At the end I lost 50% of the total order from two shipping charges and restocking fee.
