“We worked with Matt and the crew at Alpine Landscape Service for 5-6 years at one house and plan on working with them at our next. He first worked with us when we installed a stamped concrete patio and outdoor fireplace and subsequently landscaped the area around it. It turned out just beautifully. After that, Matt reworked a bed at the front of the house and install a drip irrigation system. Once again, it all worked out great and we then hired Alpine to do regular maintenance. Everyone we dealt with was always friendly and very professional.”

“We could not be more pleased with Ground Effects Lawn & Landscape! We never had a sprinkler system in all these years in our home, and most of the yard was a mixture of grass and weeds. We finally treated ourselves to irrigation and a new front yard of grass. Ground Effects was professional, on time, detailed, and we are so happy with our new yard and sprinkler system!”

“Urban Oasis did our backyard in the Erie/Lafayette area. They planned a largely xeriscape backyard with swales to conserve and use runoff water. They graded, installed hardscape (a really cool red stone from Lyons,) planted clover patches, and ran irrigation. Their prices were lower than many competitors (especially exciting considering many of the competitors do nothing more than lay sod, run underground sprinklers, and use landscape fabric and rock, and those competitors are still more expensive!) Because we like to work in our yard, we took over at that point to buy and spread mulch, plant trees and ornamental grasses, and scatter wildflower seeds. Urban Oasis continues to advise us on which plants to put where, and we will have them back for phase 2 when we want to expand the hardscape walkway and add a shade sail. Our neighbors have just signed up to do their yard with Urban Oasis as well! Having a sustainable yard that uses very little water is saving us a lot of money on our water bill, and the butterflies love our yard! I can't wait to see the native fauna show up when our native plants get a little older. :-)”
