“In August 2014, we decided to do a full remodel of our 70s kitchen. We hired Tranquility Builders of Oswego, IL We presented them with our design requirements and they improved upon them. Bev Totsch and her subcontractors were always on time and were respectful of our home. Everything was replaced and remodeled -- walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, and appliances. We were told the project would take about five weeks and it did. The end results were stunning! Everyone who's seen our new kitchen has been very impressed. “I hired Luxe Showroom Ltd. for two sequential projects: a kitchen remodel and bathroom renovation. I can't say enough about how accomodating they were during both projects. If there was a need for a change or modification they made it happen. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen renovation included replacement of all cabinetry, granite countertops, sink, backsplash, and some appliances and electrical work. They came up with a way to creatively re-use some of the existing cabinets and counters as a craft/work bench in the basement, which required some challenging carpentry work. The bathroom renovation was a complete rip out and reinstall. The designer and craftsmen worked with my 16 year old daughter to come up with a modern yet functional design, with totally custom tilework and innovative lighting. They were totally flexible in allowing us to do as much or as little of the sourcing and work as we wanted. Any minor glitches were dealt with promptly and effectively and without controversy.Budget estimates were met, and adjusted fairly if changes were significant. Overall, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for professional, reliable and creative design and construction services.”
