Their questions and suggestions were very good. The drawings, right through to the Building Regulation drawings and electrical requirements, were excellent and covered every aspect of the changes. “We have recently completed a single-story extension with a new kitchen/diner, utility room and bathroom with B&P. As part of the build, we also refurbished the ground floor of our property and used B&P’s appointed contractors for all plumbing, electrics and tile finishes. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the entire process of working with B&P. Nev was our site manager, he was brilliant from start to finish, ensuring we stayed on track, providing expert guidance and always keeping us well informed as the project developed. Graham, Dillon and the rest of the team were always great to have on site, very tidy, professional and accommodating to our family needs to minimise disruption during the build. Danny and the whole team have done a fantastic job for us on our build and we highly recommend their services.”

“Tom and his team have been outstanding and so professional from day one. They take the time and care to explain all processes step by step including fee proposals and looking at time lines. They have listened to us patiently and respectfully even when I’ve come put with some crazy ideas but found a solution that was not only pleasing but better than I could have imagined. Will has been brilliant at responding efficiently and immediately no matter how silly the questions they may be, making the team very approachable. He has worked and listened to us and asked all the right questions to find a design that suits our needs but is practical. Both Tom and Will at each point have also kept us advised regarding budget at each step and clear about how the changes we want to make may impact that but more importantly rather than dismissing these ideas, looked for solutions and compromises where necessary which we would be happy with while trying to stay on target budget. We can not recommend them highly enough and have also used the team on much larger projects.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. “It has been an absolute pleasure to have Claire working on our renovation project. She has a natural talent in interior design and has guided us step by step through the process. Claire instinctively reads a space to identify how to benefit from it the most. We were genuinely unsure of how to make our tired 1920's cottage work for us, but with Claire's calm professional approach and well thought out vision we could then see the potential within our home.
