“Beautiful Kitchens was hired to design and install a bar in our basement. We met with Carl Taylor to discuss our needs in the fall of 2011. After listening to our needs and taking measurements, he offered several suggestions to chose from. Finally in the winter/spring of 2012 we decided to move forward with the project and worked with Carl and his staff to finalize the project. We worked closely with him in choosing cabintry and hardware that fit in our budget. Once the cabinets were ordered, it approximately 3 weeks for them to be delivered. Once they were delivered, his installers took a day to install the cabinets. They were professional and performed top quality work. After the cabinet install, we had our granite countertop installed. Carl was there every step of the way, adding finishing touches and working with a glass company to complete our "bar look". We have no complaints and would recommend Beautiful Kitchens to friends and family. Carl took care of the entire project from start to finish and even offered additional help with hooking up some of our appliances. His staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.”

“We recently built a new home in Southern MD and had Cord's Cabinetry take care of all of our cabinet work for the home. They provided beautiful inset cabinets for the kitchen; assisted on a custom 9 foot long seated island; and provided cabinetry to match in our bathroom areas. They came to the job site and took expert measurements, provided recommendations on the layout, and the entire project was seamless from beginning to installation. We worked mainly with Bryan who spent as much time as I needed and provided help in the layout and the design considerations that kept us from making mistakes. We have more work that we'll be completing with them in other areas as they can make pretty much anything you can visualize. The quality of the cabinetry is great, and we're happy with the professionalism of their support and craftsmanship in all of the work provided. It's made a difference in the finish of the home. We're happy to provide more details to anyone considering Cord's for cabinetry needs. This business has been providing true custom cabinetry to our area for many years and it shows. Cost at Cord's is much more reasonable for the quality of the work received than what other installers using stock cabinet products provide.”

“Metropolitan Woodworking was recommended to us by a neighbor in our Bethesda condominium. We were taking a fairly small second bedroom and changing it from a bedroom space into an office/guest bedroom. What Dave Scholar immediately understood was the "space" issue. His built-in was exactly the right size to meet our needs and to keep the room as open and spacious as possible. Doug, Dave's craftsman, was wonderful in his workmanship and his courtesy at arriving when scheduled and cleaning up after each appointment. We could not be happier. We now have two neighbors who after our room converted are having their rooms renovated in a similar way.
